Holiday Inn Express Williamsbrg Busch Gardens Area, an IHG Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was clean and QUIET. the bed was very comfortable. The coffee maker wasn't working and it was very promptly repaired.
Breakfast was top drawer (love that there was a the pancake machine instead of the waffle maker like most places have). If we are in the area again for another function this is where we will stay

We stayed here while in town visiting Busch gardens for Christmastown, and it was a great experience. Right around the corner from the park, clean and contemporary, and great customer service. We had to adjust our trip a little because of weather, and they were really accommodating. When we arrived, the guys at the front desk were really friendly. You could tell they put in an effort to make everyone comfortable and happy, down to the little touches like artfully folded hand towels. Would definitely recommend!

This Holiday Inn offers very clean, comfortable, and spacious accommodation. The layout of the rooms is an oasis of functionality, cleanliness, and esthetics. This is the only hotel that I felt comfortable enough to walk barefoot in my room! Breakfast was great! The receptionists, grounds keepers, and staff were very friendly. I have paid four times as much for other hotels around the world, but this particular Holiday Inn is excellent! I will definitely, without any reservations, give it five stars!

Slept there after a long day at Busch Gardens Christmas town. Everything was fine. Attendants were polite. Breakfast was great. Rooms were very modern. Snake skin walls. Some toilet rolls were folded into flowers. Picture attached.

First time staying here. The rooms were nice. I loved the different hues of blue; it was a nice change from the brown hues in other hotels. The staff was friendly, the building well maintained and the grounds nicely manicured. We didn't utilize the pool but, it looked nice. There are things nearby to do and a gas station very close by.

Rooms were clean and modern. Bedding very comfortable. The only disappointment was the lack of pressure in the shower and towels are horrible. Very hard and rough on the skin.

Other than checking in we never really saw hotel staff. But that was fine. This location is no more than 10 minutes from where you want to be.

Colonial Williamsburg, William & Mary College, Busch Gardens etc.

Tons of places to eat in the area but 3 great places are very close to the Hotel.

The Whaling Company ( Seafood and upscale American Cuisine)

Maurizios Italian Restaurant (Nice size portions, extensive menu)

Sportsman's Grille (Awesome Burgers and Bar Foods )

Amazing!!! Surprised my boys and husband to a little get away and this is the hotel I ended up choosing, no regrets! Staff was friendly from check in to check out. They made sure to meet all mine and my kids needs. Only had one incident where they didn’t clean the room but after we were gone all day but spoke to the supervisor she fixed it and did not deal with any more bumps during my stay. When I say breakfast was free and delicious for everyone!! First time staying at a hotel that makes sure the customer is happy and fulfilled with what they eat, big plus from me! Gustavo and I am Edgar part of the maintenance crew were always so helpful to me and my husband also. Hotel is as close to food, parks and gas station right in the middle of the everything in its parking! Best bang for my buck loved… very spacious room, very satisfied 😊

Checking in was fast, room was clean, bed was very comfy, neighbors were quiet (got lucky there probably). Great location right next to Busch gardens.

Great spot when visiting the parks. Only thing I thought could use some improvement was that there's one elevator. So on Sunday morning, all the cleaning staff were trying to move up and down floors to clean out rooms while guests were trying to get breakfast. But it's too late to build another elevator 😅

Close to both Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Plenty of parking. Check-in and check-out was easy and fast. My husband forgot his toothbrush and they had one we could have. Free breakfast each morning. Ice machine, laundry, and weight room on site. We didn't use the pool. Each room has a hair dryer, iron and board, fridge, microwave, safe, and Dove was products. Pleased with our stay.

Good option while passing through the area for work. Very nice staff, clean rooms and they have a large parking lot. Typical holiday inn coffee, I didn’t partake in the breakfast so I can’t speak about that but the overall experience was good.

Can't beat the location! You're right in the main strip for Busch Gardens and the hotel is right across from McDonald's and right next to a Starbucks if you want something more than the free breakfast that's provided. Check in and out was easy. Rooms are modern, clean and roomy. It was perfect for a quick weekend trip. You're also very close to downtown Williamsburg and colonial Williamsburg which has all the shopping, food and entertainment you'll need.

The price was reasonable, and the room and general areas of the hotel we saw were clean and in good condition. The staff was friendly and competent, and the hot breakfast was great. I couldn't find a Bible in the room but that's a complaint I have with every hotel I've been in the past couple years.

From start to finish, our experience here was incredible. The front desk person working when we checked in late in the evening on September 25th (I wish I knew his name so I can give him a proper shout out!) was kind, caring, funny, and helped us have a seamless check out. The rooms were beautiful, cozy, and very modern, which we loved! Breakfast is included, and it's nice to have such a great variety to choose from. We enjoy staying at Holiday Inns because of their consistent service and cleanliness across the board, but this one just might be our new favorite! Thank you for making our quick stay so enjoyable and comfortable! We'll be back!

Came into town with family and was truly impressed with the accommodations and hospitality. Amanda took care of us for our 2-night stay, she’s the BEST!!! Easily a place I’d book again!

The staff were so friendly and we even had a conversation together! The rooms were also very modern and clean with comfortable beds. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel and the location was wonderful being only 5 mins from Busch Gardens and about 15 mins from the center of the city. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
