Hampton Inn & Suites Williamsburg-Central

The staff here (at least those I encountered - from places like Romania) is very friendly and helpful. Our room, even though a suite, was still a bit on the noisy side, even with few other guests while we were there (door slamming etc), but even so, we'd stay here again.

Wonderful and attentive service! Manager brought a fridge immediately to our room after we inquired about them. Room decor is maybe a little dated, but ours was immaculate. Breakfast spread was well done. Will definitely be a regular choice for us for college visits!

Had a great stay, staff was welcoming and receptive to housekeeping requests, the lobby was clean and the breakfast had a variety of options. And the room was decent, will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Williamsburg

Perfectly clean, easy checkin great front desk and a Pelaton in the gym for a great workout. No EV chargers, but they had no problem letting me use the 110 on a lamp post outside for a little bit of a trickle charge!

Decent for Hilton. Comfy bed, clean, good breakfast, cold AC, hot showers, friendly staff. Our window curtain wouldn’t close all the way no matter what we did, let in a strip of bright light in the morning.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Didn't have a refrigerator but you can request one from the front desk, and they brought it up very quickly. Pools and hot tub were fantastic. Hallways and public areas were not air conditioned during a heat wave so it was a bit warm, but this wasn't a big deal as the rooms were individually controlled.

Loved our room. Quiet, at the end of a hall way. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

Wherever we go if there's a Hampton Inn we stay there. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, breakfast is great, and coffee/tea/hot chocolate available in the lobby all the time is so nice! I did miss a couple of the little amenities they used to have at this location. No fridge & microwave in the room, no tablet of paper and pen to write things down, no booklet of information on the hotel and things in the area, and the room is not cleaned daily, it's by request only. Certainly not a deal breaker for me and I would definitely stay here again.

I read some negative reviews online before I booked this hotel and I just wanted to share my experience. Some of the reviews stated that there was no refrigerator in the room, the pool was closed and that there was no hot water. None of that was true for me. I stayed last week and when I checked in the front desk asked if I would like a refrigerator and then they brought one to my room. The rooms were very clean ( I booked two), the water was very hot, and both pools were open. All the staff I encountered was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

It had one of the cleanest rooms I've been in in a while. Decent tubs.

Great hotel. Stayed in the king studio which was plenty big for a family of 4 and a dog.

Breakfast was well put together in the morning. Good selection of food and never ran out.

Location is nice too, food just up the street and Busch Gardens is only 10 minutes away

Building and next door building (also a hotel) have a great deal of soul. Nice area!

Quiet rooms. Short distance from Colonial Williamsburg. Nice continental breakfast.

We are in Williamsburg 2-3 times a year for business and this was the best hotel stay we have ever had. The warm, friendly and helpful staff made us feel like we were staying with friends instead of a hotel. Great job to all the staff! We'll be staying here regularly on our future trips.

This hotel was the best experience of my trip. Our family had it smooth checking and check-out. The breakfast was amazing. I personally appreciated the fact that there were gloves at the entrance for everyone to wear before entering the food area. Also the room was super clean and it was a great location :-)

Clean hotel with a wonderful staff. Our room was ready upon check in at 3pm. Our room was clean and spacious. The kids enjoyed the pool, the hot tub was not working. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Keep up the good work!

I’m impressed that the room was very clean. My only complaint is that they need to wash the carpet more thoroughly. I’ve noticed some stains and dirty areas.

convenient and comfortable amenities. great location and easy to find. the room decor is a little out of date, but everything was clean and cozy. the staff was kind and welcoming. this is our spot to stay when we are in the area!

Pros - Hotel was clean, very friendly staff and complimentary breakfast. We really enjoyed the landscaping and pool.

Cons - No mini fridge in room. I extended my day 1 additional night (Thursday) and it was $60 more and not all rooms were booked.
