Hilton Garden Inn Williamsburg

Loved everything about this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The room was very spacious. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. The lady (I didn't get her name) who called out orders during breakfast reminded me of my grandmother. The fitness center was well stocked with weights but a little on the hot side and small. The hotel was an ideal location, close to restaurants and shopping. Definitely will return if in the area.

This hotel just recently opened a restaurant in the evening. I have had the pleasure of eating here and the food is absolutely delicious! The quality and quantity is amazing! I personally overheard others who were dining there raving about their new Executive Chef, one was speaking to their associate about wanting to stealing them for themselves. I was fortunate enough to meet the Chef and he was as pleasant as his food. If you stay at this hotel or are a local here in the city, do not hesitate to drop in and eat some good food! Shout out to Executive Chef Chad and shout out to Hilton!

This is a terrific spot for a stay in Williamsburg. I have stayed in several hotel properties here while visiting my W&M student and this is really a terrific place. Very clean, up to date and the breakfast is great. Will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay especially being that its close to everything. Restaurants, shopping, etc. We loved that the pool was open 24/7 and the room was very big for me and my family. I also like that they are pet friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to going back in the near future. Just 10-13 minutes away from Busch Gardens too!

Very clean and organized. Hotel staff was courteous. They upgraded us (hubby and I) to a big, beautiful, and spacious room.-not sure if it was for this reason, but I did mention it was his birthday!!! Everyone there was super friendly and helpful! Went to Busch Gardens and back to hotel for some good rest. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!
I notified them of ratted sofa and leaky tub going in they said they were aware. We had no more issues. Hotel had evening reception and wonderful breakfast choices (muffins, pancakes, potatoes, made to order, fruit, cereal, etc.) I chose my fav egg white omelette with home potatoes, and fruit, which was divine!

Friendliest staff i have ever encountered in a hotel. So eager to assist with any problem. Beds were sooo comfy.

This is one of our favorite hotels in Williamsburg. It's close to shopping areas, restaurants and easy to find. The service is incredible, the staff is friendly and their food is amazing.

Awesome place to stay! All staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. We had one issue and it was fixed really fast! You are in walking distance to so many great shops and restaurants! Bathrooms could use some updating but overall a great stay!

The rooms were clean and staff was wonderful.

We also found a hidden treasure in their chef. His name was Jeffrey. His culinary skills were amazing. We did not expect a chef of his caliber and it was a wonderful experience. We will be back.

This is a wonderful Hilton Garden Inn. It's one of the cleanest ones I've visited. The staff is friendly and helpful.
One time, the hot water went out on a Saturday,and I couldn't bathe until I traveled to my next destination. In these cases, Hilton corporation should offer you points or something, but they don't. The main reason for getting a room is to be able to bathe.

The hotel is in excellent condition. The location is perfect. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast buffet is great.

The hotel is in good condition, clean and comfortable. The wifi and TV works well. THE STAFF are awesome. Loved talking to every person I met up front. The lobby feels grand, they have made it cozy and impressive despite its small size. The breakfast was delicious, top notch options. Also quite enjoyed the clean pool & hot tub! Will stay again!

Very clean overall and a very friendly and helpful staff. Nice lady that runs the bar was very helpful and she made me and friends a few very good drinks. I would stay here again but I made 1 huge mistake of eating at the hwy 60 BBQ place in front of the motel I spent almost$100 on 1 bag of food the side outset of vegetables is the size of a extra sauce cup and they charge you$5 each the food was good but I could not eat after realizing how bad I was taken advantage of bye the restaurant.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, and well stocked. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms themselves show some age. Wear and tear were apparent.
Despite the obvious age and need of cosmetic repairs, our stay was enjoyable.

Room was emaculate and as usual the bed was super comfortable. I especially want to praise the breakfast kitchen crew including the cooks, and the entire crew cleaning tables and helping guests. They were super friendly and really took their job seriously. This is an amazing group of employees who made our trip so pleasant.

We stay at a lot of Hilton Gardens. The staff here was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The rooms appeared to have been recently renovated. Breakfast was excellent (of course at HGI the breakfast is not included in the room rate). I rate this one as above the already high average for these properties. Would readily stay there again.

Enjoyed all aspects of our 4 day stay to include the breakfast each morning, use of the pool facility, and the overall cleanliness of the rooms and hotel in general. In addition, our hotel room was ready for occupancy at 2:47 pm, well ahead of the standard check-in time of 4:00 pm. Front desk staff was very accommodating in providing us towels for the pool use immediately upon request.

Checked in because my A/C broke! They were great in understanding my situation and wanted me to be extremely comfortable! The staff was very friendly, especially Amanda. The accomodations was exceptional in a King Suite where I was able to complete my computer work and communicate with all my clients. Will definitely recommend to my clients and family coming to Williamsburg VA
