Hampton Inn & Suites Williamsburg Historic District

The hotel was great. It was a one day stay and it was all great. The front lady was fantastic, kind and sweet. The hotel itself was good looking and for the price, can’t beat that!
The includes free breakfast was great with variety.
The indoor pool was clean.
The room itself was clean and did not smell!
Great flatscreen TV with good amount of channels.
Awesome bathrooms

The styling is a bit rustic compared to most other Hampton Inns I have stayed at. A lot of wood and dark colors. The beds weren't as plush, but it was still clean and comfortable.

Stayed one night and should have stayed two. The suite was clean and well prepped. The temp was perfect, bed and covering was great. The 4 stars is due to feather pillows remaing in room although Id requested feather free. We caught it early and put them in the hallway but since i have a severe allergy and had inquired to be sure only 4 stars. It was a great 3star hotel with good breakfast that's included. I would recommend.

best room we ever had. Very clean, spacious. More than we expected. We only reserved a 2 queen room, but we are sure that upgraded us to a 2 queen suite.

One of the nicest Hampton Inn’s I’ve ever stayed at!! So clean, updated, yummy breakfast! Very close to Busch Gardens and reasonable rates. We will be back!

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. The rooms seemed clean and beds were comfortable. We got a rollaway bed which was not super comfortable, but fine for an 11 year old boy! The pool was great and clean. The breakfast was what you expect, and maybe a little better than the average breakfast at one of these hotels. One of the elevators wasn't working so there were LONG waits, but once we figured out the problem, we were happy to take the stairs. Great location close to Williamsburg. If we were to return to the area, we would choose to stay here again!

We really liked this hotel. The complimentary microwave popcorn in our room was a nice touch and the fact that breakfast stays open later than most hotels was a winning combination for us. The rooms were also very clean and staff friendly. It’s super close to everything, too. My only warning is that the beds are rock hard, but some people prefer that. We enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable beds, nice linens, and a spacious room of 410 which was near the elevators but not noisy. Great complimentary toiletries. The room was cool and comfortable upon entering. Digital key would not work, yet the front desk was quick to fix. Love the pre checkin and checkout system. Easy booking and changes with the Hilton app unlike so many other hotel apps. Plenty of parking even with a trailer

It is Ridiculous that Hygiene and orderliness of the rooms had to be requested.
Towels , soaps , etc are not replenished unless I request it.
I expect highly of Hilton Standards.
Cleaning the room daily should not be an option, unless I said Do Not Disturb.

We come here annually, and it's the best every time!

Devin at the front desk was super helpful. He helped make my experience here memorable as we were able to sit in the lobby to do some birthday candles. He went above and beyond to give us anything we needed. He exemplifies true customer service. Our room was nice and tidy. Bathroom was great and as requested we got the bathroom we wanted. Our room's view is a little disappointing as we cannot see the parking lot or anything really. The desk in our room is very nice and perfect for college work. The shower head in our bathroom sucks, but was not bad enough to ruin the stay.

It was a great place to stay. It was economical. The facility and the room were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great for all of the attractions and restaurants in the area. It could use a little cosmetic updating, but during these times, I understand that isn't a priority. The breakfast was nice with a good variety of options.

We enjoyed our stay. I would have given it 4.5 stars only because parts of it seemed a little run down. The clerk behind the counter was really friendly and helpful. The beds were good and the rooms were clean. The continental breakfast was better than most.

Close to Busch gardens and downtown Williamsburg. Breakfast was just okay. Maybe because it was SUPER busy. This hotel was good value for a family. Had a pool, gym, etc.

Great customer service, they were friendly and accommodating. From the time I entered to the time I left. I was impressed with how clean the hotel room was and the bathroom was a nice size and very clean. The bathroom was spotless! Thank you. I highly recommend hotel at this location.

We were here for 5 days. Every single day was very pleasant. Staff was nice, breakfast was good each day and to get to places was easy for transportation. You do need a car though if you want to visit busch gardens. I will truly miss this place and hopefully we will come back soon.

One of the nicer Hampton Inns I've stayed at. Clean rooms, nice staff, and in the middle of so much to do.

Free big breakfast, super clean room. Indoor pool was great. I would only recommend this hotel in this area we tried 2 others and they had roaches and were filthy. This place was great loved it.

Great location, service, and experience at the hotel. I want to give a special shout out to their employee Jevin P. He was an amazing help to me as I battled between a third party booking service to get a receipt for my stay. He was honest, upfront, and went above and beyond to help me and even separately called me once he found a work around solution. 10/10 would book again here, very great staff. Thanks Jevin!
