Solid place to spend the night.

Clean rooms, easy check-in and out at the front desk, bagged breakfast (COVID measure), great experience.

Checked in with three young children and a germophobic wife; worked well for everyone.

If it can work well for us, it'll be fine for you!

Now, if you're expecting a five-star Wyndham resort, your expectations need a check up: small amounts of peeling paint, a towel hook loose on the back of the bathroom door, some ink stains on a comforter (it *was* actually ink), and the panel on the heat pump/ air conditioner was falling off.

Did any of ☝ those👆 aspects impact or stay. No. Not. At. All.

Were the rooms updated? Yup. Were they clean? Yup. Were they safe? Yup.

And was this room easy on the wallet? Yup.

If you want a hotel were you can lounge all day and soak up the hotel's amenities, this probably isn't a good choice. If, however, you need a clean, updated place to stay the night, this is your place.

I am so pleasantly happy with my stay. My room is what you would expect at a hotel, bed, bathroom , fridge, microwave. Everything seems clean. Staff has been super friendly and my kids have enjoyed swimming in the pool. I would def stay here again!

I had an awesome time here for the weekend. Breakfast was good need more items to go together. Pool very spacious clean room was clean young ladies at the front desk was sweet nice and helpful.

I did have one problem! Check out is at 11 housekeeping came banging on the door at 954. I don't know if that's their wake up call to get guest up around 10 to start getting ready to leave or what but that wasn't cool.

Excellent service, kind staff, awesome location. Clean hotel!! Great indoor pool. Breakfast was great (waffles, breads, pastries, cereal, fruit). Staff was very helpful and nice.
This will be where we stay when we return to the area to visit relatives or vacation!!

Great room at a great price. Our room was very clean and the indoor pool was great. Can't beat it for the price. The guy running the place at night, David, was great too. If you had a question he would go above and beyond to answer it and help you. Asked him how to get to this place or that place and he would tell you off the top of his head.

Loved the staff, nice rooms, good price. The kids loved the pool. We would have liked a really breakfast. ( they gave us a bag bfast )

Came early the gentleman working the desk got us checked in, no issues. Very clean, VERY FRIENDLY welcoming staff. Indoor pool is nice, a little aged but well tended to. Will stay again!

My 2nd visit here, overall no complaints. My stay again was relaxing and couldn't ask for a better staff!!!
Room again was very clean, no complaints. Not a 5 star facility but certainly not a 1 or 2 dispite being a bit dated.

Courteous, friendly staff. CLEAN ROOMS!! Indoor pool. Typical continental breakfast bagels, donuts, muffins, cereal, yogurt, fruit, waffles, coffee... We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay, excellent Relaxing by the pool and out on the sun deck can't think of a better way! Fireside Chop House and a bottle of wine. Sleeping in and free breakfast. Request a king bed mattresses comfortable!

Place looked very nice. Very busy. Grounds were litter free.

We loved staying here and people are nice and helpful, I had my sinuses acting up and my nose was getting stuffy the bar here made me a hot tottie to help me clear up my stuffy nose and it worked. I've never had one before but it was good and worked so I was VERY thankful.

A great overall experience. We got in late and we were great promptly and our check in quick. The breakfast bar was well stocked

Nice staff great location and for real the price is awesome for the location and it's not run down.only down side is the king bed rooms didn't have a fridge or microwave but still nice room and comfortable beds

I stayed here 2/3 for a staycation ..the price was great and the staff at the front desk is super nice and made me felt welcome and at home ...I’m booking again for another staycation really soon !! Hotel is clean and I love that

This is a really nice friendly reasonably priced comfortably roomy place to stay while visiting Jamestown, Williamsburg or Yorktown... a great location. I like the Park Inn Radisson Hotel Williamsburg so much this IS where I go to stay for the night or two when I visit.... A very helpful front desk too!!!

This was a pretty good hotel with great counter service and a solid breakfast in which was offered. Wi-Fi had great reception and everyone maintained a happy relaxed atmosphere.

Very clean rooms and the included breakfast was decent. Hotel staff went above and beyond. Would stay again.
