Rodeway Inn & Suites Williamsburg Central

I went there for a party which was catered by Corey's. The food was delicious!! The fried chicken was perfect, mac & cheese yummy, and so many deserts to choose from. 😋
I did not realize Corey's had a small pub in the hotel serving this wonderful food. I will be going back after the new year for another awesome meal. Anyone care to join me? If not, go check them out for yourself. You won't be disappointed. And you will be supporting a small local business too!!

We only stayed one night on our northeast roadtrip, but the room was very clean and the front desk reprentative Virginia was one of the kindest people. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied and was the highlight.

I've stayed here for about 7 weeks. My room has been cleaned on the schedule I ask for. The housekeepers go above and beyond to make sure everything is clean. I will continue to stay here due to how well the staff us here and the cleanliness.

We were moving from Arizona and needed a pet friendly hotel local to the area we were moving. After checking multiple hotels, I called and they let us know they had a room to fit our family and pets. From the get go they were kind and absolutely accommodating. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. It was a great two day stay!

We stayed here in a spur of the moment after spending the day at Busch Gardens and being too tired to drive 4 hours home. Our room smelt clean, felt clean, and was clean! Virginia at the front desk was soooo kind and gave me details about what Williamsburg has to offer. We loved our stay here and wish we would’ve spent our trip here instead of the mainstay. Definitely will be back soon!

We stayed here Saturday night September 25th. When we arrived at 3 the check in was smooth and the person at the desk was very cheerful she checked our reservation prepared our keys and answered our questions well. We got to our room and it looked better than the pictures on their web site. The room was clean and the surrounding area was pleasant, captain George's seafood restaurant is right next door. We had a great experience and will stay here again when in Williamsburg I highly recommend this hotel.

To be completely honest it was a great 2 night stay. The price was unbeatable and the rooms were nice for an exterior access hotel. Very few issues with the rooms. The free breakfast was definitely on par with every other hotel I've been with and was a nice surprise! Overall a good hotel for the price!

Have stayed here for several trips to the area and have always had a positive experience, but this year was exceptional. We had requested 2 adjoining rooms on the 1st floor, but when we arrived just before 3pm, they were not ready. Joseph, who was at the desk, made it a point to find out why and within 10 minutes the rooms were ready. He also saw that the rate we were given was too high and he adjusted it. This alone saved us over $100. He also made restaurant suggestions which turned out to be excellent. Can't say enough about his approach to customer service. The hotel is lucky to have him.

Very nice but you may want to know Room 111 toilet handle and/or tank top needs repair/replacement. The to let handle movement is blocked by tank top causing toilet to run constantly unless you shake the handle repeatedly. Also curtains are off the rod.

Would recommend this hotel to EVERYBODY. Very pleasant, friendly, and professional staff.

Virginia is the most hospitable person i’ve ever met at a hotel. We had a ten day road trip where we stayed at hotels for each and to have her check us in our last night was such a treat! The rooms were great and comfortable too and our wife and I along with our dog will recommend this place every time

Very clean rooms, excellent rates especially if you work out of town and a bun h of your crew stays here. I stayed at one in Richmond VA, and it felt like a nasty small town motel versus this one. The room is also $25 cheaper a night, plus this area has alot more tourists. Which means it should cost more, but not the case here. So I know where i am staying for the next two months.

Plenty of parking, OK rooms (204 and 206) and beds on the second floor with newly remodeled bathrooms and connecting door. Better breakfast than expected.
Negative issue was that Choice Hotel only provided points for one of the two rooms that were part of my reservation and that I paid for and the intermittent interruptions of the Wifi service.
Another downside was the noise when trains passed by in the middle of the night.

Nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Omar(I hope you enjoyed vegas) checked us in. He was very professional and fun. Jason (maintenance) was very helpful also. The breakfast was pretty good. I will stay here again when I'm in the area.

Excellent place to stay. Stayed 2 nights. 1st night my tv was an older flatvsxreen so it didn't have HDMI outlet on t.v. couldn't use my Firestick. So second night thwyvmoved me to a suite which had a newer model. No extra charge. Both rooms were clean and comfy. Staff was friendly and did each of their jobs the best. Would stay here over and over when in town for business. 👍👍👍👍👍

I have been to and stayed at many hotels, and have had good and bad staff. But I must give the staff at this hotel a perfect score. I was very pleased with the service I received and the friendliness was above and beyond anything that I would have imagined. Two people in particular stood out and did an excellent job. Monique who was working at the desk upon my check in and check out was the nicest, most courteous, and pleasant person I have ever had at any hotel to check me in and check me out. Often asking could she help me and is/was everything ok. She made me feel as though I were at home and a very easy person to talk to. I wish every hotel had a Monique like the Quality Inn does. And the other person, I believe her name was Amal Z. This lady deserves an award for making sure everything was perfect in my room. I have noticed many who clean the rooms, but never with a sense of urgency and making sure my rooms were clean and to my satisfaction and always with a pleasant smile. And if I would pass her in the hotel, she was polite and mannerly asking me was everything ok. Between these two ladies, (Monique and Amal Z.) they made me feel like a king in my castle (Quality Inn). I hope the owners and/or supervisors do recognize the value that these two ladies add to the Quality Inn. Based on them alone and making me feel at home and comfortable I have recommended and will continue to recommend specifically this Quality Inn & Suites Hotel. I look forward to visiting and staying at this Quality Inn again in the near future. This is a great place. Price is reasonable. Beds are quite comfortable. This hotel has a a business center. But the best part is the full free breakfast includes eggs bacon and sausage.

Good looking rooms, clean, outside entrance with balconies, pool , gym , breakfast , location! This place has all you need to make sure you will enjoy your staying in Willimasburg! Walking distance from Outlets, walking distance from grocery & best restaurants in this area ! The front desk&management is so attentive and welcoming ! Always have a great time staying in there! For the price you pay, its hard to find better deal! Each time I stay with them I see improvments , and the price is the same or lower ! Hard to beat! Very welcoming

Modern clean rooms at a good price. The complimentary breakfast is much better than most in quality as well as variety. I will stay here again on my return visits to Williamsburg.

So I got displaced due to a fire, this hotel has the best, warm and friendly people that work here, from reception to the staff.
I read some reviews, such complaints as the trains, anywhere down Richmond road, your gonna hear the trains, not the hotel or staff fault. Someone mentioned the safty, the hotel is on Richmond road, thier are more cops that travel down that road, and also post up right outside the hotel for speeders. Don't let Paranoia get to ya. I walk my little white dog and have yet, to run into a problem, nor do I feel that my car is unsafe.
My room is perfect, tv, bed,fridge, shower. And close to everything you need. And the breakfast is amazing.
