Hampton Inn & Suites Williamsburg-Richmond Road

I am in the middle of my stay and this is absolutely the best Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at. I am extremely picky about hotel rooms. You can tell this is an older hotel but totally remodeled. The beds were comfortable and the mattresses were covered all the way around. I always lift the mattress to check and not even a hair was found. The bathroom is laid out brilliantly to maximize space. I love that they have liquid hand soap at the sink and the shower doors are glass (no nasty curtain trying to wrap itself around you whilst you shower)!!! The staff was wonderful. The parking is ample. Just a great overall stay so far!!

Probably one of the best Hampton hotels I’ve ever been to. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were excellent, and the breakfast was great as well. Plus, the architecture really goes above and beyond a normal chain hotel. If I ever come back to Williamsburg, I will definitely return here!

Great hotel! Friendly staff, clean and we loved the included breakfast! They even had some seasonal pumpkin spice waffles. It rained one of days and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool! Great price for our family vacation that for a 1 bedroom suite

Clean, friendly staff, and a nice place to stay. Not a brand new hotel but has been kept up well and was very clean and comfortable.

We stopped to stay at this hotel on our way home from OBX. We stayed in a suite. It was a nice big room with plenty of space. Very clean. Great breakfast. Coffee 24/7. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Staff and housekeeping was extremely exceptional! Had a blast in Williamsburg as we always do. Hilton always makes us feel like we’re family ❤ We won’t stay at any other hotel other than a Hilton!

Well.we stayed for four days and the environment was.so good the staff so friendly. So we.don't have complaints at all.

This beautiful hotel is in a great location, with tons of dining nearby and it’s just 2 miles away from the historic district. The staff was kind and helpful, and the breakfast was yummy in a great dining area. A big plus was how pet friendly this hotel is, and there’s plenty of green grass surrounding it for dog walks.

Enjoyed my one night stay here while in town for work. The room was clean, comfortable, and felt safe.

We had a great 6 day stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites. The rooms were perfect size for our family of 4 and our small dog. The hotel and most of the surrounding area was super pet friendly. I would have loved a hot tub, but the pool was kept very clean. The only complaint was the fitness equipment needed some upgrading and maintenence. The complimentary breakfast was great and the overall hotel was clean. It is a perfect location in Williamsburg with many attractions within walking distance and others reached by a short car ride.

Excellent location within easy reach of colonial Williamsburg, William & Mary campus, and Busch Gardens. Prices are reasonable. Staff is laid-back, friendly, and helpful. Dogs are permitted, which is a nice bonus. You get the usual Hampton Inn breakfast and coffee.

The workers here are so so nice. They deserve the world. We were loading our car and a worker taking out trash ran over to help us just because. But that's only one example of these amazing workers. Super friendly and just awesome humans. Definitely recommended for visitors of Williamsburg.

Amazing customer service, the room was spotless and very very clean. It was quiet at all times. Breakfast was included and it amazing as well. I have nothing bad to say about our stay. We will definitely be staying in the future with them. A lot of restaurants/ fast food near. 5 ⭐ all the way!

After staying in too many "post covid" hotels that have seemed to take a dive, we were very pleasantly surprised with this particular Hampton Inn. The property is well kept and clean, and employees were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and everything was as expected. The breakfast had the usual Hampton Inn offerings, but the area was kept stocked and clean. Nearby restaurants "Food For Thought" and "Guiseppe's Italian Restaurant" are also recommended. We are planning another trip to Williamsburg, and will definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, decent breakfast and helpful staff

We truly enjoyed our recent visit here. The rooms were clean, well-furnished and comfortable. The pool was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Lastly the staff was friendly and very helpful. The Hampton Inn in Richmond Road was a very pleasant place to stay, and we will certainly come back here again in the future.

Super friendly staff. Clean rooms. Perfect location for trip to Busch Gardens. Breakfast was great. Nice pool. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.

Everything was amazing during our stay. The staff members are very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and big. The bed is so comfortable. Tv has a lot of channel. The breakfast was very good. I love this hotel. The service is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable, and clean. I had a suite connected to my room and celebrated my birthday party here. Me and my friends had a blast! It was definitely a great choice. The manager and staff were very friendly, and very professional. This hotel is on Richmond Road and it is in walking distance of some nice restaurants and plenty of places to visit. I will definitely book my rooms for my next vacation here ❤
