Tipsy Beans Café

I came on a Tuesday for the first time and it’s like I never left! I’ve come back repeatedly with family and friends and I’ve never been disappointed. The service and food are comparable. I even left a 100% tip one visit because the service was that great! As a food historian, I find each dish amazing and well executed. By far, the best brunch I’ve ever had on any continent I’ve visited.

ASHLEY was awesome & provided great service for an early morning Latte & eats! The lattes were the Grasshopper & the Almond Joy. Both smooth & full of flavor. Enjoy the Tipsy Classic Breakfast with Eggs scrambled with cheese blend, sausage patties, Cajun potatoes & toast! Also enjoyed the HUGE Veggie Omelette with side of sliced avocado & sausage patties. The menu is VAST and the other plates we witness looked hearty & photo-ready (LOL!!)

I’m going to make this simple. Everything was absolutely fantastic! Had the “Tipsy’s Breakfast Sampler” and a friend had the “Sweet & Sour Brisket Tacos” both the presentation and taste were excellent. Also when a place is at full capacity at 08:00 in the morning on a Sunday you know it’s good. The wait wasn’t long either and our waitress was on top
of her show!!

Awesome place the food is on point also. The shrimp and grits are amazing, the gravy they put on top is a little spicy too. The home fires are wonderful. I didn't try a coffee since I'm not big on it, but they had some really delicious sounding coffee on the menu. Definitely come try this place.

What a great place. It was a 30 minute wait and well worth the wait! Hubby had the Flatbread breakfast and I just had the 2 eggs. The potatoes had bits of onion and green peppers and the perfect mix of herbs. True over easy eggs. Our lattes were perfect, hot but drinkable.

Great service, good food, interesting bar, and moderate prices made for a fine lunch experience. My Classic Cheeseburger 🍔 was luscious, the wife's Salad 🥗 fresh and delicious, and the son's breakfast 🍳🥓🥞 outstanding. If there were some way to reduce the echo/noise of the room to make it a bit quieter, you would be hard pressed to find a better value! Check ✔ them out next time only breakfast will do and it's after 11:00 am (serving breakfast all day).

Wonderful experience, first time dining here. The food was exceptionally tasty and plentiful and at such a reasonable price. Highly recommended, the wait staff cleared additional space for us at the bar and were cheerful throughout. There's a reason there's a queue to get in, but the line moves quickly. Highly efficient kitchen and everything came expeditiously and well presented. The coffee menu is huge and well made. Fantastic experience

The atmosphere in and out of this place is very attractive to strangers! All the employees are very helpful and polite. Our waiter was David B and he was on top of things and even asked about our morning. We brought our dog and it was very easy to get him comfortable in the patio section. Me and my girlfriend ordered the chicken and waffles with the fresh deviled eggs. The chicken came out crispy with a hot and juicy inside. They offer different type of waffles. My girlfriend got the pumpkin spice batter waffle and it was very delicious! We also order the French toast latte which was very tasty! I 1000% recommend this place! Good morning music and vibes! When we are in town again we will love to come again for lunch!

This place was amazing! Ashley S was our server and she was absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I both enjoyed the food. The portions were large and the food was well seasoned and well cooked. We’ll definitely be back.

Cute cafe! Really good coffee. Sit down options are available. Full coffee bar with food options. A few vegetarian options that can be made vegan. Really good service. Had the jitterbug with oak milk and avocado toast. Good experience!

We're from out of town, so we thought this was just a coffee and breakfast spot. The breakfast was impressive (husband got the a yogurt bowl, I had eggs, bacon, and toast) and our waiter was super. The previous 2 dinners out were disappointing and overpriced, so we decided to come back and try The Tipsy Bean for dinner. I LOVED my brisket tacos, and my husband enjoyed his Hawaiian burger. The fries were delicious, and the salads were fresh and lovely! For half the price of the previous dinners elsewhere we had a wonderful meal! Closes a little early, but we were on vacation so it worked for us!

When I tell you that this food was amazing! I had the pumpkin chicken and waffles and my partner had the original chicken and waffles. The food came out fast and hot. S/O out to the cooks in the back! And Ashley hands down was the best. Her eyes were on point. If we looked like we needed anything she was on it! Thank you so much Ashley for your A+ service!

The best brunch spot I've ever visited. My family needed a mid--point to catch up and break bread. My sister found this place on Yelp and I couldn't have been happier. The prices are reasonable, the service is above exceptional, and the food is so delicious.

Beware, the secret must be out because it was jumping the morning we visited. Laughter and a packed house is always a great sign of the amazing vibes of any establishment. The woman taking party information was so sweet, the server was stellar, and even the owner popped up to our table to check in and ensure we were having an amazing experience. He was busy working most of the time, blending in with the hard-working staff.

I highly recommend you visiting this place. I plan on meeting some friends here next weekend as well.

I have to say wow, I was blowing away about the food, the service the knowledge of the server and the quality of the food.
the portion are big for example the waffle sandwich is a whole waffle cut in half.
Amazing keep the good work up.

Tipsy bean when are you coming to Baltimore😭😩We first came here on our honeymoon four years ago Feb 2020. We returned for our four year anniversary this weekend and it was our first stop after checking in. When I tell you the food and customer service has only gotten better I’m not lying. I had the shrimp and grits which was phenomenal and you get lots of shrimp. Hubby had the recovery platter and the steak was cooked perfectly. We had one mimosa, one screwdriver, one Irish coffee and an m&m shooter and each drink was strong and satisfying. I don’t remember our waitresses name but we came in the morning, she had locs and she was awesome and handled my indecisiveness well. I also feel like our bill was reasonable. So reasonable we’re currently waiting for our Togo order as I type this review. If you’re a local and you haven’t checked this place out yet you are definitely missing out

Had breakfast here on Sat, 9/16. Our waitress was Ashley and she was extremely friendly, kind spirited and responsive with our drink and food orders. We have been here before and loved it, so we decided to try it again. The food and service exceeded our expectations as everything was perfect. 100% highly recommend!

The atmosphere first welcomes you to a home cooked meal vibe. From the French toast late to the crab cake egg Benedict the party in my mouth. The waiter Kelly really knew her stuff. 10/10 and we ARE returning for lunch and dinner because the menu is to stay and digest and eat some more.

From the service to the food, you can’t go wrong with this place. The coffee was delicious, I ordered an iced candy cane mocha. I also recommend getting the poutine fries!

I ordered a Latte they called the Baby Yoda. It was pistachio and chocolate. Flavor was great and the temp was just right! They have a whole menu of specialty coffees. We will absolutely be back next time we are in town. Not a whole lot of room inside so you want to go early if you want to dine in.
