SKECHERS Factory Outlet

Friendly, helpful staff and a large selection of men’s extra wide shoes makes me give this location 5 stars! I had more styles to choose from here and I walked away with three new pairs of shoes today.

I went to Skechers on November 12, 2023 shopping. My husband has a small foot and they actually had some shoes and slippers in his size. I bought him some slippers. I looked at them as did my friend and the clerk helping me.They did not look any different that I could see at the time. Got home and decided to give the slippers to my husband before Christmas---the box has 2 different styles of slippers--same color and size but different treads and one was a tad wider and style number. My husband said this was not going to work. Called the store on the 19th. Talked to a young man who called/texted my predicament to the manager on her day off on Sunday. One of the styles was discontinued. She called me back and said they would make it right. I live in the Shenandoah Valley so running by the store was not an option. She found another shoe at another Skechers store, told me to send back the shoe that was disconinued and she would send me the mate for the one I was keeping. I just mailed it back with a copy of my reciept and I sent it flat rate with USPS and the amount of postage reciept. The manager is going to reimburse me for the postage. Cannot believe how nice she is and how nice all the associates are at this store. I just sent it today and I texted her the tracking number. Will update this when I get the shoe but a big Thank you to Kathy (manager) and Kelly (associate) who helped me the day I bought them. They have been so nice and helpful. Hard to believe that the Skechers Outlet is so helpful and efficient. By the way, the Skechers are great shoes and I plan to go back and get me some shoes after Christmas holidays are over.

This Skechers outlet is amazing. The selections are many. I love Skechers and my feet feel great when I wear them. I highly recommend these shoes if you are looking for a comfortable shoe. I had two surgery’s for a fractured Calcaneus. This was the only shoe I could wear comfortably for a long period of time. The Staff exceeded my expectations on service and friendliness.

Did a great job helping me exchange a mail order item. I ordered the wrong size and wanted these for vacation. I took them with us and found a Skechers store close to our hotel.

I buy Skechers because I have a wide foot, and their selection is good. The rest of the family goes all so for the selection.

Love the shoes. I get my work shoes from skechers. They are really light and keep your feet cool and dry, and when you work in a kitchen, that is priceless. I also got a great pair of walking shoes to replace my 2 year old pair.

I went there to find some good electrical rated workboots. The staff was invredibly friendly in helping me retreive the boxes from the high shelves, and in finding my appropriate size. While it did have to be ordered from the warehouse, I greatly appreciate the ability to have it delivered to my home.

They do a good job keeping the store staffed. Zero to nil selection for women's 10 and men's mid sizes though. I leave disappointed sometimes. Love the foamies!

There is one employee that loves to help customers find what they are looking for. I've been here several times and she is always helpful.

Only giving 5 stars for the employee who helped us today, she was amazing! My daughter tried on at least 15 pairs before choosing the two she wanted and the sales associate was kind enough to help her with it all and get her the correct sizes

I was promptly greeted by Keara who helped me find the perfect childrens shoes with a great sale too. She went above expectations looking in stock for the sizes I needed. After browsing for myself and ready to check out Michaela helped answer my questions and was a very good customer service representative. Thank you for such a good shopping experience.

Helpful staff, great selection

I love sketchers sandals, tennis shoes and socks. The staff has always gone out of their way to help and even when your shoebox is at the very top they are polite and willing to retrieve it for you. If they don't have your exact size they will order and have it shipped to you with shipping paid.
