Timberland Outlet - Williamsburg

I have been looking for field boots locally for the past two weeks and no luck. I ended up ordering online yesterday but called here first. Tommy was able to locate my size and even put them on hold for me for a day while I drove here to get them. It gets even better when Tommy rings me up and it comes out to around 160ish and he ended up saving me 40$ if i would have paid for them online. Thanks!

The staff is friendly, and the store is well-maintained. They have a fantastic inventory of products to choose from.

Great customer service. I actually called before we arrived bc I needed to exchange wrong size women Tims. As we walked in the door the associated knew who we were and proceeded to help us find what we needed. Then the cashier was able to help me check out with ease. Will definitely be back. Awesome service and selection

Every summer I have to find the nearest Timberland Outlet. I always enjoy their cute selection of summer sandals. Not so much to choose from on the men side. I guess men don’t wear sandals as much as women. The prices are great at the outlet. We were in the store a long time. When there was a break in customers in the store, I appreciated the manager helping us shop, matching shoes and clothing, and just having conversation. There’s always a fine line between employees being helpful and being a nuisance.

This outlet has been great for years. I ordered some shoes online and instead of having them shipped to the house I had them shipped there. They got there in just a couple of days and I picked normal shipping at checkout. Picked them up no problem!

They didn't have what I was looking for (which to be fair was SUPER specific) but they were very helpful and actually directed me to a local retailer that might have what I came in for. That is a rare feat in retail (worked in retail for over 15 years) so THANK YOU! If I need anything they do carry I will be back to this location. That is how you inspire loyalty.

I am very happy that Becky was here to help I'm not sure if she's a manager but if not she should be my wife and her family do not speak good English at all and even with they're being a barrier between them Becky went out of her way with a smile to help them fine shoes that would work for them as well as a online order.

Jacob is amazing, friendly and personable. These are my go to boots for work and play and when you spend that much on shoes it helps when they are covered from defect and there is a honest wonderful staff backing their product. I live in the area and normally avoid the outlet at all cost bit the staff here is worth the trip if you need boots.
