Holiday Inn Express Fairfax - Arlington Boulevard, an IHG Hotel

Had a last minute change of plans and needed to book a room and check in super early. Shaham was a great help- he got me checked in to a nice room, super early. Process was easy and smooth. I’ve got a nice clean room. Thank you!

If I could give 100/100 I would this hotel was that and more . Very friendly and professional staff breakfast rooms cleanliness everything was awesome. Even was given 10% off my meal at Red Lobster which is next door. Definitely will be recommending and revisiting this location again.

Was in the area to watch a football game this past weekend and the service couldn’t of been any better from Shaham. He was exceptional with his customer service skills, courteous, and extremely accommodating. One of the friendliest people I’ve met and I look forward to booking with this hotel in the future.

Exceptional service. Nice common areas. Stayed several times, we like the location. Rooms could use usb charging, and a switch upon entering to "light up" the rooms we had, we walked around to turn the old switches near the bulbs. Overall, we enjoy the stay and price is good. Thank you management for friendliness.

The room has two queen sized beds, very comfortable. A desk, two chairs, very large tv, closet space, iron, ironing board, safe, refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee, cups (paper), washing sink, lotion, soap, tub, toilet, towels, lights, clock, charger outlets, wifi, and a door with locks.

The rooms were excellent ranking #1 and it was also good service for the customers and the employee. I love the greeting that they did which was either good morning or good afternoon to my family it showed respect to the family. Holiday Inn express is by far the best hotel I have ever been to. No matter what I would suggest this to anyone who likes train and loves views from balcony. There is also free parking. The location was far but worth the stay.
I would love to come here with my family next time and also would love to see places around here. Thank you too Holiday Inn express for magnificent achievements of the hotel management. Thank you to staff and the owner for everything we really enjoyed it

I was very impressed with Shaham. He was so kind, friendly and accommodating. All employees were friendly and helpful. breakfast was good and the room was very good. The only improvement I could see at this point is that the breakfast area is too small for all the guests that gathered for breakfast on Sunday Morning. Monday morning was great.

Overall the hotel is clean, freshly updated (Not Perfect, But its not the Ritz Either) Safe clean area of town and friendly people.

My room was very nice. The black out shades made it very dark in the room and the soundproofing was excellent. This is literally the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in even though my room was right next to the elevators and within 50 feet of the front desk.

But the staff really made my stay great. Javier in particular was wonderful. He is a combination of professional, friendly and kind and went out of his way to help me. The hotel really has a gem in Javier.

We were in town a couple nights for a concert at the super close by Eaglebank Area. All the staff were very friendly the entire weekend. They always had some decent coffee going and the continental breakfast was pretty good. All in all we had a great weekend and if we're ever back this way, we will be sure to stay here again

I went only to get out of town/ state for my birthday hotel was great. I didn't order room service or anything n took a friend as to not be entirely alone. I pretty much stayed in as if I were home except for going out to eat. I jus wanted to relax and I did just that.

Sangeeth took time to explain how to take train on what station to get off for all activities we have plan in Washington today! The hotel is clean. Smell good. Everything was great experience! Breakfast was very good too

Great spot for working around in Fairfax, staff was super friendly and had everything ready to go for us when we arrived. The rooms are meticulously cleaned and feel well prepared for each guest. Slight issue with a light bulb being out but they fixed it within 10 minutes of my arrival. Would love to stay here again!

Place was clean quite. Comfortable beds. Very nice hot breakfast. Front desk staff were great.

Rooms are very clean and nice. Even with the construction to the first floor, there is not a lot of noise. The breakfast was good and the desk clerks were very nice. I definitely recommend this hotel, bit keep in mind it is more pricey hotel due to area and time of year.
My only complaint is that there were not curtains over the window to help block the early morning sun. But that is it. Very good hotel.

While we had some maintenance issues with our room (toilet that ran, fridge was iced over, we had to pull the shower button really hard, etc.) the staff were responsive and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located by shops and restaurants with easy access to I-66.

Wow! I am a very thrifty traveler and this was a great value. Under $90 for the best room I have had. New everything(linens, towels, carpet, furniture, the whole 9 yards so to speak). The staff was very friendly. They even have bagged breakfast for each guest! I highly recommend going there and I will be back.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Everything was great. It's just that the rooms were a bit small, but it's reasonable. Overall great stay!

Clean, comfortable and nice amenities for a hotel in this price range. Rooms seem new or freshly renovated and the beds and other furnishings are comfortable. Loved the granite and Kuerig. Front desk staff was super friendly. My only complaint was that the air in my room was extremely dry.

Not sure why this is only a 2-star hotel. We were driving through the night and the weather was too unsafe to continue on. They have someone at the front desk 24/7 and were easily able to accommodate our last minute stay.
Clean room, comfy king-size bed with the best pillows ever, and soft and cool linen.
Room has the usuals: heat / AC, mini fridge, microwave, keurig, big Samsung TV, and actually decent shampoo / conditioner that could've come from a spa.
Due to covid-19, they couldn't have a breakfast bar so they had grab and go breakfast bags in the morning, 6:30-9:30, which included Greek yogurt, fruit cup, fresh fruit, microwave oatmeal, and a bottle of water.
Overall we had a good experience and would definitely recommend!

The room was comfortable and the hotel was clean. The free breakfast was also a plus! And the staff is very friendly. Much better than many other Holiday Inn’s.
