So much value in handling an item before you buy it, especially when it comes to kids' tennis racquets! I was glad to see they had plenty of each size available, and it made it really easy to find a good fit. I wish there was a more gender neutral color option in the 19" size because then I would have bought two racquets while here instead of one. Also, the prices were about the same as other options online, so they got our business for 1 out of 2 racquets.

Some things here definitely cost more, for example the footballs. I would have bought one from the store, but knowing it was twice as expensive as a comparable Wilson NFL official size football online was too big a deterrent. All that to say, some things are priced well and others not so much.

Robert (Bob) went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed for a successful softball season. The support was organized and clean with support from management on register when the line got a little long.

Well stocked shoe department with hundreds of options including Hoka and OnCloud. Friendly staff and great selections.

I would like to thank Nick at the Lynchburg store for his extra help today. He went over and above to help me locate a chair that was hidden over in a corner of the store. He was working the register but helped me out anyways. Thank you again for your great customer service Nick.

Went in to buy a pair a shoes and both AJ and Jacob were very helpful. They were there to answer all questions and help with getting the shoes I wanted. I gotta say Bradley was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond with his customer service. He was extremely helpful in my situation. This guy definitely deserves a raise . Not many people I run into are always this helpful. But he went the extra mile and I do say so my self .

Every time I have been there, the employees have been extremely nice and are always willing to help with anything you need. I had to exchange a pair of shoes I bought there because of a manufacturing problem and they readily exchanged the pair for new ones with no questions asked. You feel very welcomed in here which is hard for a large chain store.

Your employee Moira was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find some Nike stuff that wasn’t out.

Awesome customer service! The people there are always kind and helpful. The only thing that could be improved is the stock...in terms of fishing tackle (which is why I usually go there), a handful of items seem to always be out of stock.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and order of this store. The clothing racks were not overcrowded, and everything was organized and easy to find. Will definitely be returning.
