Hyatt Regency Reston

Wonderful experience here. Very business friendly with plenty of space to work in the lobby and take meetings if needed between check-in / check-out and airport departure. Quick visit to Allen Edmonds for shoe needs. Great WiFi in the hotel and lobby area. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Thank you for providing a high-quality and world class atmosphere.

The hotel met my expectations and was a good stay.
It is important to know that when you arrive you will park in the garage which is next to the hotel. Though there are different rates for visitors and hotel guests, you can still press the button for a parking slip to park in the garage. When you check in tell the employees you are parking in the garage and they will charge $16./per. night.
Keep in mind that if you use the elevators you will need to scan your room key at the keypad before it will travel to the selected hotel floor.
Though the employees had a lot going on they still stayed calm and professional. I had a few questions after check-in and everybody was helpful and nice.
The room had a small refrigerator and the room not cramped and the bed was comfortable.
The restaurant The Capital Burger is actually part of the hotel as in it is accessible through the hotel lobby. I liked that they have a menu posted in front of the restaurant so that you know what type of food they have and what a general idea of the prices are.

We really enjoyed the Reston Hyatt. The hotel is beautiful and the front desk staff was super friendly. The pool and gym are nice and clean. The only thing that I would like to see is more variety in the room service menu and to get room service with real plates and utensils. I was not happy with the to go boxes for room service.

Overall a great hotel. I would definably return to stay again with my family.

Might have been my first stay at a Hyatt and I found it to be a very nice hotel. Rooms were modern and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. I requested every other day housekeeping but they came in daily anyway and made the bed, changed out the towels, etc. Really nice gym with enough equipment to support the morning rush and the food service from the hotel conference staff was good. Very nice first experience for me and will now add Hyatt as a search option for future personal travel as a result.

The Hyatt Regency at Reston Town Center is amazing! We used it for our wedding hotel block and it was the perfect accommodations for our group. There was plenty of restaurants and shops to entertain our guests and everyone loved the hotel. It was so easy to work with the staff for our room block and anything else we needed. Bonus was how comfortable the beds and sheets are! Such a cozy nights sleep, Definitely recommend the Hyatt.

The hotel is well located in a region served with lots of stores and restaurants and an Apple Store.

It's far from downtown but it's close to Dulles for those who are aiming for a stay without the hassle to catch a flight back home.

Reaching the Hotel via Subway is easy. It's a 20-minute walk from the station, there are shortcuts inside the Microsoft complex that are available to reach the Hotels back entrance.

Didn't have the food but the room was comfortable and very quiet.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. The property is well appointed and stately like and regal. The rooms are nice. AC ice cold and heat is warm without being dry. Rooms come with decent sized mini fridge and bottled water. Bath products are decent and views are charming.

Property is located in the Reston Towne Center with convince to stores and shops and views of a charming mid-sized skyline and just a moment away from the airport (IAD).

Like one of the stalwarts of the town center which has remained for the past 20+ years. They've stopped the gingerbread display for Christmas holidays since the pandemic, but still a beautiful part of the town center. Hope they stay inviting.

Was in town (from Los Angeles) on business. Had an absolutely outstanding experience. AMBERLY did an AMAZING job checking us in. Then her Mabager LUCILLE joined in and took the level of service to a whole new level. Additionally, once we made our way to the Regal Lounge we were greeted by JAYNE who blessed our socks off. Needless tonsay, the viewbwas perfect, rooms clean, and shower was hot. I FULLY recommend and plan on visiting again later this year with the family.

Outstanding hotel. Love the location — a short walk from everything happening in the area. Plus there’s a Capital Burger in the lobby. Was very satisfied with my meals there.

Fantastic hotel with one of the best hotel gyms you'll find. It was large and had a really squat rack! Made my vacation!

Absolutely lovely stay! I had a West Coast Swing competition event hosted here, and I would love to come back!

I haven't rented any rooms there, but I have played bridge tournaments there may times.

The atmosphere is very laid back and the staff is friendly.

You get a sense they work in the background not in your face.

Location is great for dinning it's located in reston town center so lots of great places to eat, ample affordable parking. Also near the Dulles airport. Downside is no major attractions and DC isn't that close.

Facilities and pool

Awesome hotel in an awesome area with plenty of great dining options less than a 5 minute walk away. The restaurant on property is very well run and was staffed by people who have not forgotten the definition of customer service. High marks all around. The only tiny complaint I have is that the rooms themselves are in need of a capital improvement project. This would more aptly apply to the bathrooms, which are a little outdated. Again, the overall score I leave here is a glowing 5 stars based mainly on location and great customer service. I'll be back again and again.

This is a very nice hotel. It is larger than your average Hyatt because it is World. Also, it has its own parking garage so it's safe to declare there is plenty of space for parking. The staff is very pleasant and tentative, and the hotel is overall clean. However, the area where the hotel is located is exceptionally grand! The hotel has an elegant marble floor Lobby with a pretty good restaurant and sizeably large meeting/lounging space that has split levels. Did I mention there are clothing shops inside the hotel? It puts you in the mind of a mini Vegas hotel. Most of all, when you walk outside the hotel - there are multiple shops to include Apple, North Pizza, Ben and Jerry's, other clothing stores, a movie theatre (under construction) and even a little butterfly lawn (artificial green) area that hosts weekend concerts (free). Also, there is a waterfall that's cute and attractive in somewhat of a square location. It's nice. It's quaint. It's classy. It's cool. I highly recommend this for family, friends, couples, and anyone who simply wants to have a nice time perhaps defined as casually sophisticated fun. Walking shoes required. The pics are of my king size suite room. There is a safe and college room size refrigerator in the drawers. --- Lastly, there is an indoor pool with a jacuzzi spa and a weight room area on the 3rd floor. Don't mind my daughter. She's just talking to herself in the mirror - smile.

My mom and I traveled from Maine to a loved one's celebration of life memorial service. It was a long drive, so when we got into our room at 9pm it was nice to collapse onto the comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub were nice and relaxing, but they should be open until 10pm. All the staff I interacted with were amazing, with the exception of the restaurant staff. One woman in particular was quite rude first thing in the morning when I went downstairs to get our breakfast. The hair dryer worked terrific as did the iron and ironing board.
There are only a few complaints or suggestions I have: The TV is a great size, but it would be nice if it could be more in the middle of the room. Perhaps on a swivel. I think the rooms should be stocked with more cream and sugar for the coffee. It also would've been nice to have a microwave in the room too. Our inside shower curtain was only hanging on by a few of the rings.
Overall, this place is incredible and I'd love to stay again and definitely will given the chance.

The hotel was really nice, but the pillows were terrible. I don't understand why hotels have these mushy pillows with no support.
