The incredible hotel staff that made our wedding reception absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, they were a dream team. The wait staff, bartender, banquet manager, and catering manager went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly.

The wait staff took care of all our guests' needs with a smile. They knew how to make everyone feel like royalty. And let me tell you, the bartender definitely kept the party going.

But it didn't stop there. The banquet manager, Julio, and catering manager, Kylie, were like the dynamic duo of event planning. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes to coordinate every little detail, and not a single thing was overlooked. They were responsive, attentive, and simply a joy to work with.

I can't recommend this venue enough. Not only because of the stunning setting, but because of the extraordinary hotel staff who truly made our wedding reception a night to remember.

HGIs have a made-to-order breakfast menu, and it's very good. Rooms are reallynice, the shower was great, and the entire property was very clean and comfortable. There is a shopping center directly across the street, and Ocean Paradise Restaurant was excellent!

This hotel was right off of the main road that’s taken to get almost everywhere you want to go in Fairfax. The amenities offered were great also. The front desk staff was very helpful when needed. Room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

The lobby and rooms were beyond what I expect at Garden Inn prices. Beautiful and new. We only stayed for one short night, but I would have been very pleased with this as weekend accommodations. Right across from a Harris Teeter for anything you might need. The front desk was also very kind and helpful when we arrived late at night after flight delays. Thank you!

After 2 bad hotel stays this trip, was refreshing to come to clean, friendly establishment.
Room is clean, bed comfortable and friendly staff. What more can you ask for.

We stay at Hilton Garden Inn Fair Ridge Dr Fairfax VA every 3 months for INOVA Lung Center appts. Great staff, clean rooms, and good food in Grille. Thank you to the staff who work to accommodate our medical needs!

Nancy was our server at the morning buffet and she was wonderful! Extremely kind, personable and helpful. Next time my partner and I come here, I’ll be looking for her!

Staff provided everything that I needed. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was located near enough to all the things I needed to do. Definitely better than other Hilton Hotels I have stayed in.

My stay here was for a conference at this hotel, and my room was accidentally booked for the wrong date ( Customer Service was not helpful at all). Chris at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me; including calling the manager on duty (Eli) in an attempt to rectify the situation. The front entrance is welcoming, and the room is fresh, clean, and comfortable. I was seriously considering going to The Marriott after speaking with Customer Service; however, after experiencing the willingness of the staff to go above and beyond I will definitely stay here in the future. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay.
Hilton Customer Service is not what it used to be, and with the exception of this hotel, I will be booking future reservations with Marriott.

Hotel was very clean and service was great. They were extremely busy for breakfast today with more big groups than I've seen before at a hotel, but just about every employee including the manager were helping each other out. It was good to see and they handled it well.

I work in the office building right around the corner from this Hilton Garden Inn and make reservations for our out of town staff members when they have to travel to the office. I have worked with Leandra the General Manager and Eli the Assistant General Manager. They are both great to work with and very responsive when I have a question, need to make a change or to get a folio. Also the employees who stay have had nothing but good things to say about the staff and the rooms when they stay. We will be continuing to use this hotel for all traveling staff!

My husband and I are just traveling through. We stopped at this location for the night. The rooms are very clean. Hotel staff were very friendly. Our AC was really loud but honestly not a big deal. I would stay at this location again!

I just got married there on July 15th, and we couldn’t of asked for a better venue for our entire wedding! Leandra and her staff were absolutely amazing with coordinating our wedding but also very accommodating to all of our wedding guests! We were very impressed with everything and everyone here at the Hilton! Rooms are newly renovated, garden patio beautiful for our outdoor ceremony, food was delicious and staff was amazing!!! Highly recommend if you are looking for a venue to hold your next event, especially a wedding!

Clean room, friendly service, and a great location make this hotel a wonderful choice. There is a grocery store, and bakery across the street which helps the traveler that is too tired to go far for basic supplies. The only negative was the self laundry only has 1 washer and 2 dryer machines.

Nice hotel. Clean, quiet, and plenty of parking. Right next door to the Fairfax County Police Department's Fair Oaks station. Across the street is a Harris Teeter and a couple nice restaurants. It wasn't busy during my stay so there were very few guests. They're still undergoing the Covid scam, so the pool is closed. Staff is friendly. Check in / out was easy.

Here on business trip. Very clean rooms. Bar staff and drinks good. Breakfast and dinner meal were nice light foods. Small menu. Front desk staff are too notch with a great sense of humor after a long day.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious clean rooms and comfortable bed. Close to Metro line and shops. Coffee bar in the lobby and food was good in the restaurant. will definitely book again

Was in town for a reunion and my experience at this hotel was truly amazing. The staff was very accommodating, especially Eli at the front desk. After leaving an item in my room, he was very helpful in getting it returned to me. Shows how trustworthy their employees are. Would stay there again.
