AT&T Store

Met with the manager to conduct a Security Review, the employees and the manager seemed very customer focused, the manager would leave me standing to assist a customer if the employees were busy which I don't see very often when I am conducting my reviews. I would definitely switch if my local AT&T stores had employees and Managers like this store has.

Hands down the most knowledgeable and helpful team, coupled with unparalleled customer service I can't see myself or anyone for that matter choosing any carrier over AT&T. ALWAYS enthusiastic about helping with whatever issues or concerns you may have.

Yesterday, I had the best experience at the store when I went to go upgrade my phone. An employee named Seth Wilson was absolutely the greatest customer service experience I have ever had in my life. He was kind, respectful, informative, professional, and helpful. I felt respected, joyful, and welcomed as a customer. That man deserves a raise, promotion, and recognition. Currently in store, and the experience is so much better. Last time we were here the only help we were given was for them to say "That's a customer service issue." When we left my husband said we'd NEVER come back. We'll fast forward to today, I needed help so we had no choice but to return. WOW!!!! Was it so much better. The workers were up helping people instead of sitting down, we actually got HELP instead of politely being told to go away. The manager was the one tol help us. She was very polite, courteous and very helpful. Our experience has changed so drastically that we will definitely be back, and actually ordered stuff and bought a watch!

Our local AT&T store employees are always helpful and provide great service. We were there recently to upgrade a cell phone line to the new iPhone 12. We traded in an iPhone 8+ and got a great promotional deal. The sales people answered several questions and made some recommendations that saved us money. I highly recommend this location!

This was a long day at at&t in wise but these guys up there was awesome. They worked there butts off for us. Trey, Chris and Danielle you all was awsome i would recommend you all any day of the week. Thanks for for everything.

Hi, so I recently was on vacation around Norton, had a issue with my phone. Went into the nearest store since I was to far away from my home At&t store. The manager was great and helped me resolve my issues and got my phone working so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation without worry and stress. Would recommend this store to others. Thankyou for the help!

These guys are great! I called AT&T CPR and even sent it back to Apple. These guys managed to fix it and got it working correctly. You guys rock!

Seth Wilson was very knowledgeable and had to deal with a lot of ridiculous red tape for us so we could transfer from Straight Talk. We are very pleased!

Always well staffed and they are informative about any question you ask. Have always been a big customer there. All the staff usually know when I walk in I'm about to buy a phone. Lol. But they are all friendly and the product display is spot on
