I had the pleasure of working with David. He was absolutely delightful. He was patient, he listened to what I needed and offered various recommendations each with reason as of why it would be beneficial to me. He was very knowledgeable. He took his time to find the merchandise I wanted and with reasonable price ; delivery within less than 48hrs. He truly is an asset to have in a company. I had a wonderful experience.

First Time Mattress Buyer!!

Great experience all thanks to Abdul. He took great care of us, had lots of patience, knowledge and he even speaks Spanish!
I seriously thought he was the store's manager (he isn't but I believe he totally should be).
My family and I spent about 3hrs at the store (learning and exploring) but during this whole time Abdul was just superb, I saw him take care of every single customer that came into the store the very same way he did with us and would check back on us every now and then, he gave us space to think and talk (which we appreciated). He's just awesome.
Thanks Mattress Firm for hiring such a great person, hopefully you guys care for him as much as he cares for your customers.

Extremely pleased with our service today! We ended up going with the Tempur-Pedic Pro Adapt after being patiently tended to by David. If you visit this store he’s your go to! He took us around the store and explained all of our options to us while keeping us entertained (he made us laugh a lot!). My wife and I went into this store having never bought a mattress before. Abdul was incredibly helpful and not pushy as he helped us figure out an incredibly comfortable mattress to help us sleep better. This store has a wide selection of mattresses of varying price points and we’d gladly go here again to work with Abdul again if/when we need another mattress.

Abdul was amazing to work with. He was friendly, patient and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed, he allowed me to take my time before finally deciding on a mattress. He was also very knowledgeable and offered up different options to try.

The customer service here is fantastic! Went in looking to purchase a new TempurPedic mattress to replace one we’ve had for over 10 years now that’s finally starting to wear out. Saeed helped us and he was amazing. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, asked extremely helpful and thoughtful questions to help us best determine our needs as far as the firmness level of the mattress was concerned, and patiently answered our multitude of questions as we debated whether or not to purchase a split king with an adjustable base (which was what we did end up purchasing). When it came time to write up the invoice, he worked hard to get us the best deal possible. I would highly recommend coming here if you are in the market for a new mattress!

We went in knowing we wanted a vibrating adjustable bed. The service we received was excellent!! We were greeted and all of our questions were answered! Our sales man was very knowledgeable about the adjustable base we wanted. The whole sales experience was very good! We bought exactly what we wanted and were very happy with our purchase experience. Saeed was our salesman and I want to give him a shoutout!! He was very helpful and made our purchase fast and successful!! This is my second purchase from Mattress Firm and I’d say I have had no problems.

Abdul was absolutely superior. Knowledgeable and forthcoming, he explained in every detail and permutation the difference between buying "outlet" items" versus non (buy cheap, risk bigly). In the end, between the warranty of buying new, onsite sales programs, and his willingness to contribute employee discounts toward my purchase, I got the best possible bed for the money.
