The staff at the store is very friendly and helpful. I was able to find a perfect sectional and a rug for the new house. You would not be able to find a better quality /price anywhere else. The delivery personnel was friendly and professional, did an excellent job setting everything up and cleaned after they were done.
I strongly recommend this furniture store for anyone looking to add luxury and quality to their interior.

I ordered 2 sofas from Istanbul furniture and they are the best furnuture that I ever gotten in the USA. I wish I would have found out about them sooner.
High quality furniture that is built with quality materials and its heavy. Its not like the wayfair or amazone stuff that you get and it weighs barely 100 lb lol. This is the real deal

Selim was great and attentive! The owner (I apologize for not having his name) was pleasent and friendly. I am happy with my experience at Order My Furniture! I love my dinette set only wish the table was a tad bit taller (but I just replaced from a countertop table so it will take me a minute to get used to). Delivery came within a GREAT timeframe, being as though I purchased my set a few weeks before Christmas and the owner promised it would be in my home on time. He was right, it was here a week before! All with white gloves delivery. The delivery men were professional and very nice. Overall, my purchases was a great asset to my home! Highly quality furniture. I will be back to get that living room set I saw! Happy Holidays!!!!

I bought a king size Baza bed and their Biorytmic Firm mattress. As much as I love how my bed looks, my mattress is very comfortable. I’m recommending it to a lot of my friends and family. AMAZING I ordered a pullout couch that also doubles as storage. I’ve had it for a few weeks now, it’s so comfy and I love that I can fit everything in the storage compartments under the seats. I currently have guests and they also say it’s comfortable to sleep on. Delivery was fast and they built it for me. I also got a coffee table that I love

My shopping story about "BENNETT"sofa set-sofa,loveseat,chair. I originally planned to buy sofa set in Brooklyn NY furniture store,but not found my like color or right product. Finally I start research from internet and found "Istanbul Furniture" store website,where big and nice choice of any furniture.Only one thing confused me,one of them store located in Pennsylvania.I decide to call them.My consultant was Elif ,delivery to Brooklyn NY - no problem.She very patiently and complementary helped with my purchase.Elif was nice, friendly,and helpful, called me over Video call and showed on show room what color I prefer.Finally I purchased sofa set "BENNETT" -color light brown (Redeyef Kanve). This set is wonderful ! The sofa are extremely comfortable and wide,the arms look nice and elegant.Delivery staff was very professionally and polite. We had a great experience at this store. The store has a nice selection as well as additional selections in catalogs. The quality of furniture is very good, durable, easy to clean and looks luxurious. Elif was very helpful with providing suggestions. And team which came to assemble the furniture was very efficient with time and helped us move our other piece of furniture downstairs. The delivery took longer than expected because the store was waiting for shipment from Türkiye.

They video call me and let me see the item in the store. I loved the Sofas. Very comfortable, elegant and modern. I bought gray velvet and It looks beautiful, in my living room. Bought my new furniture with due delivery next week. The furniture quality is high and they come from Belona, Istikbal and some other high quality manufacturers in Turkey. They prices are a little bit different than the other furniture markets and they only have few options to finance and so think they need to improve on that part… all in all I would give them a 5star for quality and price and 4 star for financial assistance to customer.
