I love this place...the groomers always do an exceptional job. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews on here. They are always careful when grooming my Teddy. He's 14 years old and has a lot of joint issues, but they always know how to help him. And Teddy loves coming here too!

Jose was absolutely fantastic with our furbaby, Hanson. He's gotten so many compliments on his new haircut.

Found some good sales, and ordered my things online so I could pick them up in the store. They also have a good rewards program. Sometimes you get lucky and they have a promo code to apply for a discount.

Colby was great for getting me set up with a leopard gecko habitat. Extremely knowledgeable and made the decisions much easier.

Clean and well kept store with great pet products for reasonable prices! Great friendly staff

Nolan groomed my vitiligo-afflicted, sensitive German Shepherd beautifully, and returned her to me relaxed and unstressed.

Really nice staff. Took my cane Corso there and everyone was so nice to him. He picked out some treats and was even given a free one in line.

Got a dog crate, leash and collar for our new french bulldog

I took my dog, Bentley, for a full groom with Maelene for the first time. She did a wonderful job and he looks so cute!! Thanks Maelene! 😊

Everyone here is awesome! They have such a sweet caring nature about them. They even gave out a PAWGRESS report! Of course our girl achieved awesome grades 😉Kalyssa is an awesome groomer! We'll definitely be back soon. #petsmartgrooming

A gentleman greeted me at the door and asked if I need assistance. He directed me to the section I needed. I found the items I needed immediately, checked out with him as the cashier and left. He was very pleasant and professional. I must say the store was very clean and looked fully stocked. I will return when I have a need for something for sure.

I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Mostly due to the staff! A big shout out goes out to Bree/Bri and Jennipher!!! Those two women are truly amazing at what they do. I was coming in from out of town to pick up two puppies. Unfortunately the puppies were not kept as nice(hygienic) as they should have been. Even after having a booked up schedule I spoke to Jennifer and she volunteered to go out of her way to wash the dogs for us so we would have a more pleasant trip for them heading six hours back home. Upon arrival to the store we did get the pleasure to meet with Bree and due to a cancellation she was able to groom our pets and they now look like totally new beautiful puppies. Words cannot express the dedications ,love and compassion that these two have for the jobs that they do as well as the customers they care for. These two are really a gem and really shows what true teamwork ethic looks like. Would highly recommend!! Thanks again guys you were Lifesavers!

Hands down satisfaction everytime

They had great customer service . Were able to accommodate for a last minute wash for a dog we had just adopted without prior reservation, love them for that. Also they helped us pick the right food and all the items we need to start the new adventure of dog owning. Note: they did not accommodate for us because they knew that we were buying anything else. They simply squeezed us in their schedule and then we came back and bought everything else.

I took Kobe for his nail trim. Such nice patient groomers. A new woman working today and Kobe wasted no time saying hi to her with hugs and kisses. She did a fantastic job and his nails were perfect and smooth.

I am always very pleased with how Jessi handles my Cockapoo for grooming. She's the best and always finishes hours ahead of the timeline given to me!

Staff here was friendly and knowledgeable. Even tho the staff seemed to be on the younger side they were attentive and helpful. My dog was there for the first time going to a new groomer and was super nervous. The groomer Amanda (?) Was so sweet and even got down on the ground to help my dog feel more comfortable. I was nervous taking him to a "chain" store to be groomed but with Covid my normal groomer wasn't working and my pup needed a haircut so this is where we went and I'm sure I'll be back soon!!!

(This is mostly to the person who was playing santa December 10th. 2022) I only went there to get Santa pictures for my cat. This was his first Christmas and I thought it would be adorable (it was) I instructed on how he likes being held the most but not to worry if he squerms. They lisened with greate care and perfectly held him. The person who was helping doing the check-ins was also very sweet. I wish I had gotten their names now.
