Candlewood Suites Washington-Fairfax, an IHG Hotel

I have been staying at the Candlewood Suites Washington-Fairfax at least three or four times a year for the last 5 years. The rooms are always clean and well-kept, and the staff is always friendly. Recently they went beyond the call of duty to help resolve a situation that I caused for myself, which reinforced their strong customer service attitude, and the integrity of their staff. I will be staying there again, and highly recommend them.

Having stayed here on two separate occasions, this is an excellent motel. Kim at the front desk is an exceptionally kind and wonderful young woman, who goes above and beyond to help. Malcom, the young man who works the front desk at night is also a very pleasent and capable fellow. The housekeeping team are friendly and the rooms are maintained to a great standard. Although they did knock at 10 AM one morning, despite the 12 noon checkout time. Location is calm and quiet, yet very close to shops, restaurants, and 66.

I love this hotel. Always outstanding customer service. Perfect and safe location. Beds are extra comfy. The rooms and grounds are all exceptionally clean. I wish I remembered the General Manager’s name but she is amazing and does and awesome job ensuring that your experience during your stay is top notch. Highly recommend staying at this location.

Excellent!!! The rooms are extremely clean. And that is saying a lot considering that is what I do for a living. The rooms are very nice and it was great having a little kitchen in the room. The people at the front desk were very helpful and great customer service. I will definitely make this my go to hotel every chance I get. Thank you so much for the enjoyable stay!!

Really great experience during my stay! Front receptionist was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were comfortable and huge, and great snack bar that you pay under an honor code which is delightful. Didn't need to use the computer center or have a chance to use the gym, but they looked perfect for a hotel. Could stay here for weeks if I had to!

I have stayed here probably a dozen times in the past year while I've been in the area on business. I prefer this type of hotel as the efficiencies allow you to cook better meals than those you would get eating out all the time. The staff is great! I have never had a negative experience and this is definitely my go to place for long term (week long) stays in the area. Will definitely be returning!

Staff is wonderful and go out of their way to accommodate guests needs. Rooms are comfy and cozy with amazing beds. 1 bedroom suites are double the space of the studios and are beautiful. I feel at home here

I am so comfortable and happy at Candlewood Suites at Fairfax. This is my 2nd visit here and this particular visit is lasting longer than 2 weeks. The staff is attentive and organized, the rooms well equipped and I feel very safe. I'm able to sleep soundly at night due to no noise coming from the rooms next door. The location is perfect as I can be on the highway in 5 minutes but can also get exercise on the trail right outside the door which is surrounded by tall trees and goes up to the nearby Fairfax Corner shopping center. This will be my "go-to" hotel anytime I visit the DC area and I will recommend it to all my friends and family.

Nice clean rooms. Small but fully equipped w/dishes & pans for cooking. Full refrigerator. Helpful staff for check in. Nice location w/blocks of residence for walking.

The staff (Vanessa) was very nice. Room was average, but the hotel/extended stay was busy. Kitchennet was clean and well stocked. Blenders are available to borrow. They have a work out room but I didn't have time to use it.

Been staying at hotels for a while now candlewood has it hands down in my opinion. Second being stay bridge. They have cleansiness down pact. If course some people will have bad times thats life sometimes something might not go right. They also have free laundry can't beat that

I spent 10 days at the Candlewood Suites in Fairfax, VA, while work was being done on my apartment and It was a very good experience.

The staff are pleasant, efficient, and extremely helpful. I had occassional questions, requests, updates, etc, during my stay, and would like to specifically thank Michael, Abdul, and Harish for their help. They each deserve kudos for how positively and professionally they represent this particular Candlewood location.

Clean, quiet, great value, convenient location less than 5 minutes off of 66. Evening manager Harish is efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant, professional - definitely one of the very best desk clerks I’ve encountered. Five stars to him, too! Each room has a full size fridge, small cooktop, dishwasher and large microwave. Updated decor - very comfy bed. No breakfast - but their rates are $40 - $50 less than nearby competitors. That’ll buy you a really nice breakfast!! Love this Candlewood Suites.

Clean and affordable. Friendly staff and amenities include a 24 hour gym n free washer n dryer.❤ It's safe and at a good location, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

We booked a room in a hurry with no trouble. The room was beautiful and clean. The people were very friendly. I will definitely stay with them again.
