I stopped in on a Sunday to look for a new mattress. Patrick was kind, knowledgeable, and delightful to work with. He presented me a variety of options that fit my budget and was able to help me dial in on just the right fit comfort wise. I strongly recommend coming to this location for all your sleep needs and ask for Patrick!

My wife and I are repeat customers to this Mattress Warehouse and as in the prior visits it is deserving of 5 stars again. Patrick Williams, the assistant store manager was there to help us and was professional, personable, very knowledgeable, and efficient. He helped us to confidently pick our new mattress and answered all our questions. Our mattress was delivered on time on the day promised and the delivery and set-up crew were also professional and efficient. A great experience again from this Mattress Warehouse.

We were not happy with our initial purchase (TempurPedic hybrid mattress) and he went far and beyond to help us correct our erroneous initial choice. Very good experience overall. Was impressed that they did a good diagnostic to determine which mattress would be best, Patrick put down a cover before trying mattresses (sanitation matters) and prices were good. Went to a competitor after and the diagnostic was not detailed, no cover before laying on a mattress and prices were a little bit better but the mattresses were by the same manufacturer (Beautyrest) but seemed inferior (fewer coils and seemingly poorer construction). There was no question in my mind who I was going to buy from.

Patrick took great care of us! He was pleasant and listened to my kids and what they needed and made it a very nice experience picking out a new mattress. Thank you Patrick for helping us out!

Purchased a twin mattress for my mother who is 93.5 years old. Needed it low to the floor. Got a 5 inch bunker board but she could not get in it. The crew helped me out by getting me a 1 inch bunker board. Worked great. She is able to climb in and out of bed without assistance. Thank you to the Fairfax crew. You are an honest business.

We’re repeat customers at this location because the service and products are excellent. We bought an iProtect Waterproof Mattress Cover and it truly works. Our young guest had an “overnight accident” on our new mattress and thank goodness we had the iProtect on—the mattress was completely dry! We have them on all of our beds now. Patrick is so helpful—a wonderful person and employee. We highly recommend this location!

Stopped by today to purchase my first mattress in about ten years. I was sort of dreading the idea of being pressured to buy an expensive mattress and go through the whole sales process. However, I could not have been more mistaken.

The salesperson, Patrick was friendly, laid-back, and asked questions that were helpful in helping both of us understand my sleep needs. We also used a diagnostic mattress to verify the best fit for me. Patrick was patient and very attentive, even while helping other customers too.

I was given a very good price and free delivery. Patrick also took the time to explain all of the process and policies with me.
