I have been coming here for about 2 years and I won’t go to any other Staples! I drive all the way from Fredericksburg VA just to receive the courteous and respectful service from Casey!!! She is always so pleasant and helpful to me and everyone that is in the store. She knows how to multitask so well! Thank you Casey for making my experience and this store so great!

Except for a goat cheese kid who looks like a goat who doesn't have an answer to anything, the place is okay as an emergency store when I don't have enough time for an Amazon delivery. Hope they collaborate with Amazon like Hudson Nonstop stores at airports to make it autonomous.

No bad experiences with the staff in all areas of the store. I’ve seen a number of rude, impatient customers there but the staff try to be helpful and as patient as they can.

Sean is phenomenal! Attentive, caring and kind. He sold me my computer last June. Today, he renewed my virus software quickly and applied a $20 discount. He even helped me get everything to my car. I will ALWAYS return to Staples in Fairfax for all my office needs!

Alex and Julia are truly the dynamic duo. Excellent customer service, friendly and very knowledgeable. I had a task that passed on to them and they completed it without any negativity and had I been in their shoes I might have just said it can't be done. Have had good experiences with this store since it opened. Today topped it all - was trying to find a keyboard for my new IPad 5th generation. Almost impossible to find discovered after I purchased it. Emily, at this store spent over 45 minutes trying to find one that would fit. She even went to the extent of checking other stores and the Apple Store. Because of her help I was able, through the process of elimination find the product online - only one distributor has it, not Apple. She helped me more than 2 Best Buy stores and Micro Center combined. I was so frustrated it was refreshing to have such a quality person put so much effort with helping me. Nowadays it is rare.

Merry Christmas to all. I had the most outstanding experience with one staff member named Alex who exceeded both my needs and all customers that came in the store. He is the most dedicated staff and I encourage others to embrace Alex' working ethics!

Amazing location!! Its sad to see such negative reviews. The staff was very friendly. I was welcomed as I walked in the door then asked if they can help me find something. Julia in the copy and print center was very nice in helping me with my brochures and made it a point to walk me over to what I needed.

the white girl at the printing station was so nice, I hadn’t brought my card to pay for my papers but she offered me the staples card and was so helpful!

They let me exchange a printer that I was very unhappy with, even though I’d had it for a few months. Saved me from having to deal with the manufacturer (Canon) and warranty, etc. Very positive customer service experience!

Its Sad to see those reviews , Julia who is the one most of the time take care of our business printing is EXCELENT !!! she calls you if she have a question and when its ready she does the same , only here you get that treatment . Thanks Julia for your great customer services .

Came here to print a photograph. I was greeted right at the entrance and the person in the copy area really was sweet and helped me. I'm definitely impressed.

Casey B in the copy and print section is a rockstar! She helped me turn around a lamination project in record time! Keep it up!!
