When we initially visited the store to to inquire about purchasing flooring, and in subsequent electronic communication the staff were very helpful and responsive. They were patient in answering all of our questions and the explanations of the terminology and purchasing process was very thorough. The delivery of the flooring was prompt and smooth. Wayne, the owner, was one of the people who delivered the flooring and I could tell instantly that he was a really nice guy who is very passionate about his business and the people that work there.

The flooring was extremely high quality, and we got it for a reasonable price. There was a miscommunication about the return window for unused flooring, but Wayne and his staff went to bat for us with the appropriate people to make it right. With a such a big purchase at stake you want to know that you are in good hands, and we felt well taken care of by Amico throughout the process. Quality customer service is hard to find these days - many places try to rope you in with rock bottom prices for suspect product and then leave you out to dry. We would definitely recommend Amico for your flooring needs!

Had Amico install a new kitchen floor and a carpet. I wanted to stay local because I believe you get better quality and service than a ‘big box’ store provides for nearly the same price. I tried a few stores closer to home - but none had the same vibe as Amico. Staff was professional and helpful in the store. Installation crew were friendly and efficient. This was a breeze! We had Wayne and his staff come to our house to remove two carpets and install hardwood to match the rest of the house. The office staff was very accommodating throughout the entire project and the staff that came in to do the work was professional, on time, and clean! Not a speck of dust left behind. My favorite part is that after pricing out other quotes locally, they came in at HALF the cost of a competitor for my job. Very impressed and very happy. Will use them again and recommend them to friends.

I worked for several months with Mary, Abbie, Betty and Wayne to try to select the flooring that would fit my needs. They were all very knowledgeable about their product line and took the time to listen to my concerns about what would stand up to my two-dog family and in the end steered me to a product line that works for me. Their installers, Lucas and Kyle, did a very precise and neat job on the install and were very friendly as well. I am looking forward to an additional install within the next month. This is a great company to work with and I am happy I by-passed the big box stores this time. The service and the product can't be beat!
