Hospitality and expertise. This pretty much sums up Reedy’s. Walked in and was allowed to use three different range for free, two of which are indoors. Employees spent time allowing me to try different archery equipment and even tuning it to what made me feel most comfortable before deciding to buy. I’ll do my business here.

Huge thank you to Jared and everyone at the shop. Went today for the first time to upgrade to a new bow after being out of the archery game for about 12 years. I was worked with one-on-one the entire time with Jared getting my new bow set up and dialed in. Extremely friendly staff that is extremely talented and knowledgeable. Very glad to have done business here. Couldn’t be happier. Definitely do business here!!

June 7th 2024 update:
I really wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I went there to shoot my bow today then stopped in the shop. I was immediately greeted by each and every staff member in there. I finally was able to meet the owner Chris. What an incredible guy. Engaged in conversation with me the entire time in the shop making me feel extremely welcomed. Kate cut me up a new half dozen arrows paying attention to every detail ensuring everything was perfect. If I had the time I'd apply to work here just to be around these awesome people. Reedys isn't just an archery shop.....it is THE archery shop to go to. The most knowledgeable and friendly staff imaginable. If you don't shop here you need to revaluate your choices!!!

Incredible place everything you need and more. Sales associates are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Great attitude. They helped me a lot. Can't say enough. Highly recommend. Thanks guys. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

These guys earned a customer for life last night. I definitely have a closer archery store. But I went last night to go and buy and fire. My first bow first time ever picking up a bow. And these guys really helped me out with everything that I was looking for. They did not try to upsell me. They gave me everything. I needed to get going and then gave me a 30 minute lesson. Which took till after hours. I might add and really made sure that I was comfortable with what I was doing. I will always take the drive for an hour and a half to get out there rather than go anywhere else.

Had a great experience this Saturday. They were extremely welcoming and willing to help.

It was well worth the hour and a half of driving and I’ll be driving back to purchase some items soon.

Great experience! Great staff! Matt took care of everything I needed. My bow needed a new string and Kate got the correct replacement ordered and within the two week time frame that she quoted. Matt helped me get it tuned and got some new custom arrows made for me. Everyone was very helpful and friendly even during the busiest time of day. Combine that with their fantastic selection of equipment and you have a go to spot for anything archery! Oh and don’t forget the outdoor range that’s open even when they aren’t!

I truly cannot say enough about this shop and its entire staff. I came in for the first time for sentimental reasons after being gifted my best friends bow after he passed away. The staff was incredible working with me to get it set up to fit me perfectly, paper tune arrows, tweaking everything just right for the perfect arrow flight. I’ve been to other shops and nothing is even remotely close to the service you get at Reedy’s. I live about 2 hours away and can say I would never go to another bow shop! I would give 100 stars if I could!!

Went to Reedy’s looking to get a bow as I’m new to archery and they had great customer service. It’s clear they care about each individual and meeting your needs. I had Trouble with a sight I got from them and they replaced it no questions asked. I will be returning here for all my archery needs.

Very please with this shop and staff. My daughter recently got into Archery. They took the time to answer her questions and fit her for a bow. Spent a considerable amount of time to adjust her new equipment. Very Welcoming and patient while working with my daughter. She is hooked! Thank you!

Awesome bow shop. Went in to get a new loop and peep sight on my bow. Walked out with a pile of knowledge and a whole new technique on how to shoot, which is way better than how I’ve been shooting. Great customer service and people to deal with. Highly recommend them to anybody who needs anything archery related!

What an experience! I went in on a Saturday and wanted to buy a new bow. Being fairly new to the sport I didn’t know much. They spent several hours with me making sure I found the bow that fit me and my budget. There was a line out the door when I arrived and a line when I left. Very popular spot for good reason. This place is 2nd to none. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Amazing customer service. I am new to bow hunting and the staff was more than willing to take the time to answer my questions and aid me in getting setup with a bow. I would recommend this shop 10/10 times to anyone interested in archery/bow hunting.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they have a passion for archery and those who get involved with the sport! They are always willing to teach, educate and answer any and all questions!! They build confidence in the people who shop there and no question is a stupid question.
This family run business is the best around and is the only place to go for archery needs no matter your age!!!

Came here for the first time last week, phenomenal service, decent prices, and friendly staff. Even though they were exceptionally busy the week before archery season, they did their best to get everyone seen, and take care of whatever they needed.

Ive heard about reedys through other folks but never really experienced the shop mainly because i live an hour or so away and didn't really want to travel that far everytime i needed to deal with anything bow related. One day i decided to test drive some new flagship bows and reedys had the best selection, so off i went. At the end of the day i purchased a bow and was left very, very impressed by the quality of service the patience, the focus of attention on me, the customer and the friendliness of the whole experience.I cant believe i waited this long to check this shop out, but doesnt matter Im a customer for life.

Best customer service in the state-hands down bar none. Don’t need to say much more but I will. I wanna add that few folks do as much for young folks, veterans, and really the Massachusetts outdoors community than the Reed family and the staff at the shop. Gotta swing by tomorrow and get a new peep sight as mine broke the other day-stoked to get a great deal, expert install, then fling a boatload of arrows down range. Hunting shops don’t get better with regard to the product selection either. Just wish I could afford a matthews or PSE lol some day when I can afford one I’ll be buying from Reedy’s . Never heard someone say a bad word about em-and I’ve been hunting and fishing in Massachusetts my entire life (30 years old now).

I went to Reedys not to long ago I brought in my compound bow, the peep sight fell off and the quiver mount was broke they had an extra quiver mount laying around they threw on for me for FREE and fixed my Peep sight for FREE, the guy looked at me and said your all set no payment needed. I couldn’t believe it, they are definitely a well known and reputable shop and my personal experience with them speaks for it self, they are good people and I’ve heard nothing but good things about them for years.

I am a newcomer to archery, hunting, and the community that is at home at Reedy’s. I went in knowing about nothing, and the staff were ecstatic to have a newbie in the shop. The wait was short, and then once a staff member began working with me their focus was only on making sure I was educated on the investment I’d be making. Naturally, they will want to sell bows, but the staff member I worked with pointed me towards brands and equipment that would fulfill my purpose while still being cost efficient. Great experience, and I would recommend anyone who is new or experienced alike

This is the best archery shop, period. They 100 percent stand by their customers. I purchased a crossbow, it was my first. Daniel and Matthew were amazing. Super helpful and happy to answer questions along the way concerning the Garmin Xero, which is simply incredible. Noone else provides the service they do in my opinion. Chris has always been wonderful and has built a special family business. Highly recommended and so thankful they exist.
