Great experience with both the retail associate and the movers. The retail worker was very kind and helpful in explaining the contract and how to save as much as we could. The movers were able to show up with our new furniture right away and were super nice and patient while my husband and I had to move some things out of the way.

They are truly the best there! Always the best customer skills and they instantly helped me get a Appliance that went out in my house! The 6 months same as cash payment is awesome👍

All the staff is super amazing! My fiancé and I went in needing new furniture for our house, they helped us so much! The two people who moved it into our house were super friendly and it was a struggle to get some of the furniture inside the house, but they got it to work!

The customer service is exemplary. Keno and Juanita the delivery persons were considerate. They were very careful in the delivery of our furniture. The company managers and sales department are not pushy but informative and helpful.

Jamar was great in helping me get a washer and dryer when I was in a crunch!! Delivery was fast and they were very efficient in installing the set! I would definitely recommend anyone to check them out!! 10/10

I just had a bed delivered today and their crew is very friendly and professional. They were here on time and made quick work of putting my bed together. Our fridge had been giving us issues and finally gave out, we went into RentAll just to look but ultimately we ended up filling out an application and getting a fridge, they were so quick and easy on the process and also bonus they were able to deliver the same day and installed it for me. An extra bonus was they offered to move my old fridge downstairs to my garage. I highly recommend them if you're in need of any appliances or furniture, they also encourage you to pay your balance off quicker so YOU ultimately aren't paying them so much! (Name a company who would rather their customer not be paying more money to them)

Awesome service! My mom and I were pleased with the entire rental process. Wade was helpful and answered all our questions while leaving us to try things out on our own. He explained the contract and use of the chair thoroughly. My mom became a proud renter in no time at all, which helped her so much during her hip surgery recovery. Delivery was smooth and the two delivery men very friendly and knowledgeable. They had the chair in and hooked up quickly and tested all the features (massage, heat, reclining) to make sure they worked. My mom was very impressed with the chair, the service, and the delivery. We highly recommend to everyone!

Rent all was there when we truly needed them! After losing our house in a fire we were going to need temporary housing and of course we lost everything. I called and spoke with Jamar and he was so kind and went to work on getting an entire furniture package set up for us. He did all of the work with insurance and set up delivery. The process was so easy, i just had to tell him which pieces i wanted and he made it happen. Yesterday they brought all of the furniture, and it went so smooth. They were friendly, fast, efficient and really went above and beyond to make sure a time of stress turned to joy. They will be my go to from here on out!!
