They have great customer service for oil services. They installed a boiler and oil tank for me and did a great job. They were honest, well priced, and left the basement in perfect condition.

Huhtala oil has yet to disappoint me . They are always willing to help no matter the situation and always on time! . I can't say enough about the service, no matter who you speak with the techs the oil delivery guys or anyone when you call , its always always a pleasant conversation.
They are by far a step above the rest .

My wife and i have been using Huhtala Oil for many years now and they have always been great to work with . We recently had them come and put in a new furnace and we quickly realized why we continue to use them.
The guys who came out to do the job were nothing short of amazing ! They were all super nice and understanding , we had a small issue getting it in to the house and they were quick thinking and got it done in no time . The plumbing for the furnace is awesome. We couldn't be happier with the whole process and would highly recommend them for any job .

When we first moved into our house, we needed to set up for oil deliveries and called different oil companies in the area, but none would take us on as new customers, I called Huhtala's and was prepared again to be turned down, but to my surprise the person I spoke with was kind, friendly and understanding. I was able to order the oil we needed and we have been a loyal customers for the last 18 years and the customer service as always been excellent.

Have always had a great experience using Huhtala for our oil deliveries. Julie is always helpful and so nice to speak with, even at 7am in the morning. Recently, we were lower on oil than we thought, I called first thing in the morning and they were here not 4 hours later. Great service!

Huhtala Oil's service is second to none. Years ago they installed an indirect water heater that I was well pleased with. So when it came time for a new boiler and oil tank the choice to go back to Huhtala was a no-brainer. Not to mention they auto-deliver my oil and perform my yearly maintenance flawlessly. The product they install and the guys that do the installation have been perfect, not a single complaint from me. From initial contact through finished project, I can't say enough good things. I will recommend to family & friends. Great job, Huhtala Oil, on another project completed above and beyond my expectations!

Thanks for the quick service on my boiler/heating system. I called and left a message Monday evening and Paul Huhtala returned my call within an hour and we set up a time for a repair. I have to tell you, I am so pleased I have changed my service for heating oil and annual service to Huhtala. I truly appreciate the terrific service.

Great company to use!

Always a pleasant and painless interaction with Huhtala for oil delivery. The convenience of online ordering is appreciated. Technicians come across professional and knowledgeable during service visits.

Minor negative - oil prices are almost always slightly higher than nearby competition like Chair City Oil. Would be nice for Huhtala to list the current oil price on their website (without having to start the ordering process to check the price).

Just moved intoour house. Called to scheuled for an annual service. Next day, my water heater was not working. Called, and spoke to Chad. He said he will send someone out as soon as possible. Dana the the tech that arrived went over everthing with me and fixed our issue. What a great experience and I'm looking forward to keeping ALL of my home services with them.

It makes me so mad to see any negative reviews of this company. They came when I needed them the most, they gave me 30 days to pay my bill even when I was 60 dates late the first time around, will have someone in under a week to come service me and give me 30 days to pay for that to. I called emergency services and the guy gave me great advice, so I wouldn’t get peppered with a huge bill. If this company isn’t for their customer I really don’t know who is? I highly recommend them. Never rude, always kind and care about the customer. That’s the most important thing. Everyone I’ve spoke to from getting a deliver the same day, to the service people to the emergency calls they’re hands down the best and I want to say thank you and say whoever gave them a negative review shame on you.

I have been getting Oil from Huhtala's for many years and my parents got their oil from huhtala's. They are a well respected local company that is there for you when you need them.

Through the entire winter season they have been on point. Always friendly staff on the phone, patient with questions and detailed answers for any you may have, and overall, they have to be one of my favorite companies to deal with. They've earned life long business from me.

When I call in for help or oil they’re always very friendly or helpful. Delivery is always a positive experience
