The shop owner is very knowledgeable of model trains. A wide variety of HO scale models and accessories. Would highly recommend checking out!

Dealt with this shop via email and a kind man named Rich. Answered all my questions and I ended up buying 3 models for a great price. He even two day shipped them to me. Highly recommend.

Hard to get in the store but well worth it when you do. 1 stop shopping found a lot of items ive been looking for. Just like going to a train show will definately be returning

Excellent customer service

The owner is the epitome of bad business. I call and ask of the shop is open. Owner picks up and says it is. I come 30 minutes later and shop is closed - owner decided to go somewhere for an hour. Wait for an hour and buy a lot of trains. Come home and realize some of the trains have been on the shelf for years and have dust on them. Come back to return some of the trains. The owner is rude but gives me back some of the money. Not all. Then he says - get out of the store I don’t want to do business with you. You don’t run a business like that. Will never return.

Called ahead to ask for some scenery, and they confirmed they had. So after saying I'll be there, I took the 20 min drive to find a locked door and closed shop. Just to find on google the owner stating it's by appointment only on Saturdays. None of this was mentioned in the call, nor when I said I would be stopping by

Went in to browse because I love trains. I wanted to purchase a train book. However, the owner was inconsiderate, unwelcoming, unprofessional and culturally insensitive.. I did nothing to offend him and his behavior was boorish, bad and absolutely and completely unacceptable. All I wanted to do is purchase a book, but he said not for sale as it's for reference. He was about to kick me out.

I think this place is closed forever...showed up and door was locked. People in the area say they haven't seen it open for a long time.
