Yvette has been my family's travel professional for the past ten years. She is attentive and responsive. On our most recent group trip, an issue arose that could have ruined it. However, Yvette addressed the issue and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. We could not be happier and will continue to utilize her services.

Yvette was so helpful in planning the trip and making adjustments when we requested them. The trip to the Grand Canyon via Las Vegas was perfect . The room she selected had a picture perfect view. Thank you for making the arrangements so seemless and we had the trip of a lifetime.

I went on a cruise and thanks to the lovely Yvette she made everything so easy. She assisted through every step of the process answered all of our questions. As well as checked in on us right before and after our trip. Definitely will be working with her on many more vacations she’s amazing.

I had a wonderful time in the Dominican Republic. I now know how a Queen feels. I rode from the airport in a private van which had good air conditioning. When I arrived at my hotel, I was escorted by a beautiful woman to check in area. Afterwards I met my butler and he was super helpful in getting me ice ,water and red wine for my room. The room was excellent and clean! Good ac. It was 90 degrees for the whole week so water. Ice. Wine and ac was paramount for me. The place was beautiful and I loved seeing the wild life. There were turtles, fish, a peacock and Pinky. I really enjoyed my stay. Yvette's accommodations are always on point. I never travel anywhere without Yvette setting up my travel package. She is very good at what she does. I am never disappointed!

Ms Yvette went above and beyond my expectations. We had our own suites, 2 butlers, diamond club service and so much more. I was greeted with someone holding up my name when I got Off the plane. Express through customs and relaxed in the vip lounge until my shuttle arrived.

Yvette has been nothing but professional since the moment I met her. She is very patient, kind and holds such a heart warming personality. My trip plans to Aruba came last minute, and Yvette was there every step of the way. I wanted to do something special for my mothers birthday and she was able to put us a beautiful all inclusive resort that my family absolutely enjoyed. There wasn't a time that Yvette was not available to me. No matter when I called or texted her she ALWAYS responded. With her, I didn't have to worry because I knew everything was under control. We had the best trip experience of our lives, and without Yvette it would not have been possible.

I usually do all the planning and booking myself, but this year I decided to sit back and let someone else do the work for me! (lol) And I am so happy that I did! Yvette was of GREAT help! All I had to do was give her my destination and the number of travelers and within a few hours she was already providing me with different packages to choose from! Yvette definitely provides great communication and was available to answer any questions or concerns at almost anytime of the day. My peers and I had an AWESOME time in Cancun! When we checked in we received a Welcome Message from Yvette, on my friends birthday a cake and birthday note was delivered to the room so sweet so nice!

THE BEST TRIP EVER IT WAS AMAZING MS, YVETTE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH MY JAMAICA JUNE 2021 TRIP TO NEGRIL SHE HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED IN PLACE I HAVE BACK PROBLEMS AND WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT HOW I WOULD GET FROM ONE TERMINAL TO THE NEXT FOR MY FLIGHTS IF MY BACK DIDNT COOPERATE . MS. YVETTE CALL THE AIRLINE AND HAD THEM TO HAVE A WHEELCHAIR ESCORT FOR ME IN PLACE SHE ALSO HAD GOLF CART ESCORTS FOR ME AT THE RESORT IF I NEEDED ITAND FOR THAT IAM SO THANKFUL TO HER. NOT ONLY THAT BUT SHE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND I WAS CALLING FROM OVERSEAS AT CRAZY HOURS WITH QUESTIONS AND SHE ANSWERED LOVE HER FOR THAT SO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER IF YOU WANT TO HAVE AN AMAZING TIME LIKE I DID,.
