Little Golden Fox

Little Golden Fox is my happy place in Madison. I love being creative in pretty much any medium and LGF encourages creativity in many ways. Cara is awesome! She is enthusiastic, encouraging, and generous with her time and assistance.

I have never been disappointed by a class at Little Golden Fox! Cara caters to each persons needs so well and makes it a great experience time and time again. She really is the best! Highly recommend getting your friends/family together for a creative class at Little Golden Fox.

My kids, husband, mom, and myself have been going to Little Golden Fox for a couple years now, and we always have such a good time painting pottery! It’s always nice to take the kiddos during the summer, or for their birthdays. I know they also offer special classes from time to time, for other crafting type things, even cookie decorating, and mosaic classes! They even have a gift shop up front, with souvenirs, craft paints and stains, yarn, etc. you are bound to find something to do here!

The class was super fun. The classes are well organized, and the finish project is quite substantial. I would love to go to another class.

I participated in a Barn Quilt Class at the Little Golden Fox recently and it was fabulous. Everyone was inviting and helpful. I love this place!!!! ♥

Fun mosaics class yesterday. Everyone left with a finished piece. Teachers were enthusiastic and helpful. Highly recommend.

The Little Golden Fox is a wonderful store where many classes are taught. The owner, Cara is fantastic, and she was very helpful answering all my questions. I am new to quilting, and she was very patience and cheerful while answering my many questions.

We drove out from New Albany and had a delightful time. The leader was very informative and helpful. We hope to do more projects here in the future.

My daughter loved painting! They were very helpful and showed us how everything worked!

I highly recommend this class. The atmosphere is perfect for learning, Cara is a gracious host, and the instructor took her time explaining, demonstrating, and demystifying the sourdough process.

This was a lot of fun and I’m pleased with the stepping stone I created. The only thing I would recommend for next time would be having some tools to enable you to make straight cuts, as the cutting wheel tools only made irregular cuts. I’d love to do another workshop so I can build on what I learned.

I had so much fun at my first open sew. I cant wait to come back and enjoy time with my new friends. I learned so much in such a short time. Great for all levels.

Super friendly!!! I feel welcome and have so much fun bringing my family from out of town to do a craft while into. I love the selection of pottery to paint as well. Something for everyone. My 3 yr old had a great time painting!!!

On an outing with some of our residents we had the "Little Golden Fox" experience. We had such a wonderful day. From the beginning, I had called to set up a scheduled time for us to come a few weeks prior. Cara was so, willing to accommodate us. They are normally closed on Tuesday but, she wanted to come in and open up just for us. That way she could b sure to help us. Also, so we would have a little easier accessible to look at things and move etc. This was so very nice of her!! It was wonderful!!! She was always right there to help. She is so great a wonderful gal. My residents just loved it!! They love arts and crafts. It just made their day and I cannot begin to tell ya how wonderful this day was. We all r planning to have her out to spend some time with us. Our wheels r already spinning planning our next visit. Cara, thank u....for everything. U r amazing and we love love, "The Little Golden Fox' is most certainly an experience that ALL must have. Thank you Cara Fox!

WOW!!! I would give 11/10 stars if I could. My absolute favorite shop downtown, you MUST go here if you are creative or looking for some beautiful gifts and decor. Just stunning!!! The owner (who is super sweet by the way) has milk paints, local handmade goods, and even a painting studio with classes on how to paint everything from furniture to canvases (with a POTTERY KILN too!!) She even has events there for local crafters. Love LOVE LOOOOVE this store... please never ever EVER go away!!!

My husband and I went in this evening to look around. We loved this shop. The owner was super friendly and gave us advice on other great shops and restaurants to visit. We definitely recommend this shop.

Really great staff and great space. Allowed our party to diverge from the plan and didn’t skip a beat. Will definitely return.
