Gil's Goods

We are from NY, so we know good pizza when we have it. And over the last few years I have developed a sensitivity to gluten. So when visiting Bozeman this week we decided to try Gil’s (came highly recommended).

First off, the feel of the restaurant and bar is awesome, music is great, the smell of wood-fired pizza (pine) is incredible, and I can say without a doubt that the gluten free crust is the best I have ever had (and I have had a lot). Met the owner and couldn’t be a nicer guy. If you have the ability to stop by for pizza, salad or a drink…DO IT!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

We really enjoyed our garlic pesto pizza and Greek salad. The crispy crust was just our style. The roasted garlic was indulgent. We ate at the Murray Bar and paired our food with local beers. Food came out quickly and everything was delicious. Prices were fair. We would come back here again!

Being first time visitors from Belgium we stopped at Livingston to look around and have a late lunch. That's how we ended up at Gil's.
Great buzzing atmosphere. Food and service were very good! Should we ever return, we'd be more than happy to visit again! 👍

We’ve been loving Gill’s food for a few years now, but Amanda and her team, including Finn and Eamon, at Gill’s Goods baked up a storm for a surprise party we held at Katabatic’s space for my wife’s birthday. The pizzas, salads, carrot cake, and chocolate cupcakes were amazing, as everything there always is. Thank you.

Local establishment with delicious food. We'd driven from Helena and were ready to eat. We shared a Gil's Burger that was a SO good. I loved the fried onions and swiss. It is a combination of burger and brisket! It came with a small side of homemade french fries. We shared a bowl (HUGE!) of the Tomato Basil soup. Nice and thick.. and with beautiful presentation - like barista would do to a latte. The Gil's Greens was also in a large bowl. We were plenty full when we left to finish our trip to Billings. But.. we did take a Almond Joy Cookie and a small mixed fruit shortcake to share later.
We noticed a lot of homemade pizza being eaten and also being picked up to take home. Next time we may try that .. or call ahead to pick it up as we go thru Livingston.. Gils is only about 1 mile off the freeway and easy to get to.
One more thing. There are two sections. You can go in the bar area and they will wait on you at your table. The bar had live music playing (on a Monday night).. and was pretty busy. All the tables in the bar area were high tops and the chairs didn't have backs. So we sat in the take out area. They have lots of tables there, too. Normal height tables and chairs with backs. There you place your order at the counter and they bring it to you.
Oh yeah, had the nightly beer special - a delicious light ale brewed right in Livingston.

Stopped in on a Sunday for dinner and sat next door at Murray's for service. Pizza was so good! I had the lamb pizza, my friend had the clam, both were delicious. Good vibes, friendly folk, relaxed and fun atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Wonderful pizza! We got the lamb pizza and it was AHMAZING! Loved watching our pizza sizzle in the pizza oven! Also had the honey ginger soda and it was really really good! We will be back!

Best place to stop by after seeing Yellowstone. The owner is amazing and offered us Military Discount even though they don't advertise it. The burgers were amazing and the pizza was off the charts. We will def be back if we are ever passing through again.

Nice place, pizzas are delicious, we tried the one with Clam and the Greek lamb, they're very different and tasty

First time here was a great experience! We sat in the Murray Bar and ordered Gil’s food (they’re connected). Another review stated that they had to seat themselves and clear their debris at Gil’s, but we had a server in Murray’s. Service was efficient, food was hot and fresh, drinks were great.

Hungry af and Gill’s hit the spot. Hubby had a burger and Diet Coke. I wolfed down the hot Hawaiian, not that hot, and it was beyond expectations. If passing through Livingston and are hungry, Gill’s is your spot. Not too crowded, happy hour, seems like lots of locals with good service.

Burger was absolutely delicious! I prefer medium rare, didn't come that way, but it was very juicy. Service was a bit sparse, but I can let that go because it seemed busy that day.

Delicious wood fire baked pizzas, and hands down best burgers in town! Great breakfasts as well. Loads of local MT ingredients. oh don't forget to grab some tasty pastries! Can be a bit pricey...but its worth it.

$6 pizzas on Mondays makes for a great start to the week. The service is stellar and I love having waitresses that know my order when I walk in. One of the few places left that you can ear regularly with good food and service. My favorite place in Livingston!

Gil’s Goods is a Culinary delight!! In the heart of Livingston Mt, across from the old train depot. You won’t be disappointed with your order no matter what you decide. You can dine in the bar and get a scrumptious drink along with your meal. Delicious Choice 👍😀

Great local spot! Best Gelato, great food, connected to The Murray and pick up spot for their to-go food. Great views to enjoy downtown Livingston and refresh before your next stop!

I ordered take out over the phone. Easy process and delicious food. I really enjoyed the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fries.

This is a pretty cool place. Selections of beer were great. I really liked the "Dirt Church IPA". Three of us got burgers and fries which were good sized portions and very satisfying. You might have to park away from Gils but it's an easy stroll to get there. A local suggested we go to Gil's and I'm glad we did. Will definitely go back next time in Livingston!

Food was good, service was friendly but busy. we had the NY strip and a pattymelt. We thought the french fries were really good. Everything was delicious.

Great local place to stop in for a bite to eat. Portions are perfect for the price.
