We found a car that we were interested in buying online at this dealership. The customer service that we experienced was excellent from the first phone call to check on its availability to seeing our rep Stacey K waving in the rear view mirror as we drove our new vehicle off the lot. Everyone that we met seemed to have the same helpful attitude. But Stacey, she was the conductor of the symphony! We will definitely share our satisfaction with friends and family!

We had a great experience buying our vehicle. Scott was a fantastic salesman, who did not pressure in any way and had our best interests in mind the whole time. The finance manager was also a very nice man and made the financial process as easy and enjoyable as possible.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from the Sheboygan Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership. We had an awesome experience.
I can't imagine how it could have been better. This was not the first time we have purchased vehicles from this particular dealership. Our salesman, Greg, is our "go to" salesman. We made an appointment with Greg and gave Greg an idea what we were looking for. Prior to our appointment, Greg sent us a link to the dealership's inventory with pricing. This was very helpful to us. Greg continued his contact with us before our meeting and we told Greg of a particular vehicle we were interested in. During our scheduled meeting with Greg, he had all the information on the vehicle and answered every question we had in detail. Greg even had the vehicle parked right outside the door waiting for us to take a test drive. Greg is an encyclopedia of information. When we picked up the vehicle, it even had a full tank of gas. My wife and I are fully confident we purchased the right vehicle for our needs from the best dealership in the area.

I was extemely pleased. Aaron did a wonderful job in showing me the fine points of the Equinox. He truly appreciated that I am not a "digital" native and went out of his way to help me. He gave me the very strong impression that he would take all of the time I needed to understand Equinox. Financing took a very personal interest in my financial needs. Great overall job.

I came in with the intent to buy a vehicle and I believe I have dome that. I was disappointed, because I already had a certain car in mind and was not leaving without it I didn't get the money I wanted in trade for my old vehicle. I know it needed work but it was worth more and I was being a buying customer. Anyway, I enjoyed my salesperson Tyler Robson. He did a great job and was very personable. I would recommend him to anyone if they are looking to buy.

When we went to pick up our vehicle after repairs in the body shop, we found that the finish was not acceptable. Patrick saw what I was talking about and wholeheartedly agreed and schedule for us to bring the vehicle back and make it right. After the vehicle was redone, we were very happy with the finished product. Patrick went above and beyond in making sure we were satisfied.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Ryan, a very personable sales consultant. I told him that I wanted to purfchase a new Equinox. There was one in stock that was just what I wanted. I was given a fair price for my trade in as well as the Equinox. Ryan walked me through the whole process making certain that I understood and felt comfortable with the transaction. All of the other associates involved in the purchasing process were equally personable and helpful. Love my new Equinox!

Always treated respectfully. Never spoken down to (happens often at car dealerships when you are female) and treated like a knowledgeable customer. Will always recommend this dealership!

My sales guy Ryan was very pleasant and super easy to work with, we would buy here again if I had to say one down fall it would be the time frame it took us to sign the paperwork for the truck, too long I had to rush to get to a very important event. We got there at 5:00 and we were done at 5:50 we waited over an half hour for the fiancé guy

Bought the cheapest car on the lot (4700) still got great service, thank you Curtis. Bought it with 193k it currently has 200k. Abs and traction control light go on and off with each other every so often but doesn’t affect drive. Will fix eventually. Love that I got new tires free. Instead of putting them on I asked if they could go in the trunk and I keep the current ones because they still had 10k left on them (still using them) and they agreed.

Overall sales experience was great. The vehicle did have issues with the infotainment center which they are in the process of correcting. I was disappointed that when I brought the vehicle in for service, it wasn't even looked at that day because the service person Zak, said that they only have one person qualified to work on electric vehicles and he was busy with other vehicles. He said that he couldn't tell me that the service would be delayed at the time that I dropped it off, because he had no way of knowing that my vehicle was an EV. He said that hopefully the service technician would be able to get to it within the next couple of days... Disappointing!

Heather was amazing! Very accommodating, kind and friendly - you've got a winner with her! She was able to dealer trade for the exact color/make/model I was looking for and was in constant communication letting me know where we stood every step of the way.

Greg Place is a very experienced sales person and took care of us. They were open and honest with everything. Zach in finance was a pleasure to work with. We bought two cars that day. My daughters first and the experience could not have been easier.

My friend had purchased numerous vehicles from Jeff. I told him my dealership in Kenosha has not followed up with me in the past year in my interest to find a new truck. My friend called Jeff and they had one coming in so went up and saw the vehicle as well as meeting Jeff! Great guy and made it easy to see the vehicle and agree to buy it! They have always treated us like part of the family and always go above and beyond to make an expensive purchase low stress and a ton of fun.

The guys are awesome. They are so friendly and informative. My only issue is that my check engine light came on shortly after the service. I tried to get it checked, but of course the Auto Zone I went to was closed during their regular hours, (some kind of emergency). I am going to get it checked today.

Craig in service has been exceptionally great to work with! While my truck has been in the shop for approximately 3 weeks due to an issue with my warranty company, Craig has been extremely patient and thorough when explaining things. Highly recommend Sheboygan Chevy for your auto repairs!

Stacy Karbe was a great salesperson. Very helpful ordering a 2024 Trailblazer. Always kept me updated on delivery time & was great explaining all the features when it arrived. Everyone was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this dealership.
