The food and drinks were impeccable! I liked how the line moved quickly and how clean the restaurant was. The cashier, Devon, who took our order was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. I was with my family so we took some time to order, but Devon was patient and kind. He brought out ourr in-Shack order to us and checked in on how things were going, which was so nice! He elevated Shake Shack experience and was the main reason why I would recommend this Shake Shack to my friends and family. I believe he deserves a pay raise for the hard work that he does.

Delicious burgers and fries. I ordered the cheeseburger with the stuffed mushrooms. It's so good. I tried the pomegranate lemonade 😋. Can't go wrong eating here. The workers are nice and keep the restaurant clean.

They've got great milkshakes, I always go to try their limited-time shakes. The burgers are expensive but always satisfying.

I recently visited Shake Shack Hillsdale, located on the outer edge of Hillsdale Shopping Center, just across from the Apple Store. As a burger enthusiast, this place has quickly become my favorite. The Mushroom with Cheese burger stands out, offering an unparalleled level of deliciousness.

What sets this Shake Shack apart is not just the exceptional food but also the user-friendly ordering process. The self-service option, facilitated by touchscreens, simplifies the ordering experience. You can select your items, pay, and input your assigned number, allowing the staff to serve your food promptly. It’s worth noting that during busy times, they might call your name for pickup, so stay attentive.

I’ve had the pleasure of dining here twice, and the customer service has consistently been excellent. No issues encountered so far. The overall ambiance adds to the positive experience, making it a go-to spot for burger cravings. If you’re a fan of burger joints, Shake Shack Hillsdale should be at the top of your list. I’ll undoubtedly be returning whenever I find myself in the area – I just can’t get enough of this place. Highly recommended!

Had the Golden State Double. Kinda expensive and on the smaller size but high quality and tastes amazing. Also got the Coffee & Donuts Shake. Can't beat a Shake Shack shake. Such creative flavors!

I just like shake shack. The food is delicious, staff are friendly, and it's at a nice mall with free parking. The bathroom smelled horrible and I'm not sure if they have a fragrance system but that day it wasn't anything to help with that smell.

We decided to try this place today and have no regrets in doing so! Got a double burger with fries. Very good food. The cheese was cooked very well over the burger never had it the way they prepared it. This place is definitely worth trying. Kudos to the kitchen for a great meal. Check em out.

Always a mouth watering experience. Kind of a pricey splurge, but the patties are so moist and actually tastes like beef. We were able to dine in, and they had great service bringing us more water and napkins.

First time having shake shack. Food was solid, milkshake was amazing. Will definitely be back before I leave.

The hamburger patty is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The potato bun and the sauce is amazing. No wonder Shake Shack is rated #1 in the nation for best hamburger.

Food is delicious. Fun atmosphere. Great staff service. Nice place to stop and relax.

Jennifer and Miguel had outstanding customer service and i really enjoyed my meal here at Shake Shack at Hillsdale mall.

If you haven't been to Shake Shack, then you're missing out! The lines can get crazy long, but it's worth the wait once you get your hands on one of these. They remind me of Super Duper burgers, but have their own unique flavors. Stop by if you can!

Typical shake shack in a nice mall which is a plus. The same great taste.

It’s a must have shake. It was yummy and perfect. I truly enjoyed. I tried the Christmas Cookie shake. Enjoyed it. I would definitely try other shake’s.

Location was clean and and staff was super clean.

For “fast food” this was the best that I had.

It’s owned by Danny Meyer and us restaurants are always among the best in class! Or category, thus isn’t his favorite restaurant, that would be Gramercy Tavern!

This the second time I've eaten here. But this is the first time I have written a review because I think it deserves 5 stars or more and I'm hesitant to give anything less unless I feel it deserves a lesser rating.

I'm so happy with their bacon burger, but beware they do have a very spicy sauce! I personally love it but the red peppers or "secret sauce" 👍😂🤪

...the customer service makes everything worth it!( I could go to Burger King, 1 block away, but I'll go there instead and pay a little bit more now, because the customer service makes it worth it, especially during covid-19 with two children!)
