I had an appointment with Katrina M. McKellips. She was kind and courteous and had I needed to ask more questions I’m sure she would have given me the time. I’d recommend her and the clinic for sure. They all seem friendly and knowledgeable. Although the wait times for an appointment can be quite long, that’s not their fault at all. :)

Katrina is an INCREDIBLE provider. She took the time to listen to me, ask questions, and made me feel comfortable and heard. It was amazing to have her truly give me time and space within my appointment to talk through my concerns and seek guidance.

I had to wait a month for an appointment with my PCM but it was worth the wait. The staff was wonderful, helpful and efficient. My provider asked all the great questions and listened to me. The instructions were client based at my level. A caring staff is so important!!

Today I met with the professional and thorough Medical Assistant Jo, as well as the new doc, Dr. Elynn Smith. I couldn't be more pleased to have such a personable and competent new team as Dr. Dave Hall's replacement. Thank you St Luke's Payette Lakes Medical Center. Good work!

The receptionist was polite, friendly and professional. Of coutse Dr Narver is the best doctor and is interested and concerned. I love he shakes your hand when he enters the exam room and when he leaves.

Always a comfortable experience. Dr. Hall has treated me for over 10 years for my heart condition and general health...one of my favourite physicians ever. I will truly miss him, and wish him the best upon his retirement.

Contracted an infection while on vacation. The clinic worked me in same day. Rich and Carolyn were both excellent. Had a diagnosis and prescription in hand in under an hour. This is a great addition to McCall for frequent visitors!

This was my first visit to this doctor who was highly recommended by three friends. Both doctor and her assistant were wonderful. Both took the time needed to properly assess my issues asking all appropriate questions. Both used all sanitary precautions including masks. I left knowing all my issues hard been addressed and all options provided

The check-in process is efficient along with the wait time to see a doctor and the wait in the room for the doctor to come in.

I am new to the area and one of the hardest things I’ve done is to establish new medical care. It’s coming along nicely with the help of Dr. Lewis and the efficient staff at the clinic.

Dr. Gustafson is with out a doubt the most competent, professional and compassionate doctor I have ever had. I moved to Boise 4 years ago and did not hesitate to ask her to continue to be my primary physician.

Dr. McKellip was very personable and knowledgeable. The check in process was quick and easy. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

I went in for a follow up on a previous health concern. I saw my primary care doctor, Jennifer Lewis. Dr Lewis listened to me and really worked with me on my treatment plan going forward!
Dr Lewis is such a kind, compassionate care giver and our community is so lucky to have her!!!

The medical staff are professional, kind and patient, my doctor, Jennifer Lewis is amazing she listens, actually listens to me answers my questions and she is understanding, compassionate and extremely smart and knowledgeable I have encountered Dr Kinney and he's wonderful !

I've received the best medical treatment by all drs and staff at St Luke's, I can be a bit snippy at times and these people at St Luke's have always treated me with dignity and respect no matter my ornery behaviour at times

Seriously can’t say enough good things about my visit here today! I do not usually leave reviews but Dr. Megan and Dr. Kinney went above and beyond to give me the proper care that other doctors (in Boise) had neglected to give me after giving birth in March. The nurse and front desk staff were also amazing and friendly. I will 100% be coming to Dr. Kinney for all the future babies I have. If you want to feel truly cared for, actually listened to, and not just have a “get in get out” experience, go here!!!!!

Staff are extremely helpful and do an awesome job getting patients through to see their physician.

My physician is very thorough and takes great notes that I use for follow up.

I use the MyChart app as well to check in, complete surveys, and set appointments.

The visit was fantastic. I think dr hall was right on who he recommended for my family

Wonderful friendly interactions with everyone in the building. Secretaries, nurses and doctors were all kind, compassionate and caring throughout the entire visit.

Customer service was wonderful as always.
Doctor Currey is the best. Hopefully he stays on for a long time
