I experienced first hand why A&M is consistently a 5 star auto repair shop. We had AC issues and I suspected my compressor was going. I tread taking it in expecting the typical shop a week to fix my car. Nope they fully diagnosed within a hour ordered the parts so and returned my car the next day by noon. They are professional friendly and expedient. The asked me to stop by next week to inspect and confirm everything is ok. This lets me know they standby their work.
They will be my go to guys for any future work, Two thumbs up !

I took my Volkswagen Passat into A & M last week since my check engine light was on. Victoria was very helpful in scheduling my appointment. I worked with Brittany throughout the process, and she was extremely helpful and friendly. They replaced my boost sensor, and they even cleaned up under my hood. I brought my car back in for a follow up, which Chris completed very quickly. I am very happy with the customer service at A & M.

Took our 2018 Subaru in for an A/C check because we are going on a trip to Idaho, S.D., Minn., Iowa and the Ozarks, where we will probably encounter humidity and hot days. Chris had them check it out and after 6 years the A/C was cranking out cold air and the compressor was engaging properly. NO CHARGE ! Couldn’t believe in the world we live in now days where most seem to want something they wanted nothing except have a nice trip. This is a company we will take our auto into in the future for any and all of our needs that they can repair in. I’d give it 10 stars if possible. Thank you…

A&M has taken care of my vehicles and has always done a great job! It’s so nice to be able to trust that they are not trying to “up-sell” me and find things that are not necessary to repair. Adam the owner is an awesome guy with a great reputation and reliable network. If you need ANYTHING ask him!

First and foremost, I would like to say thank you to the whole crew and to Matt for such an awesome customer service! Something that a lot of businesses lack now a days. Anyways, my truck feels and runs like a champ. My F250 is my baby and they took care of all the issues. I am very grateful to find them and had them do the work on my truck. They replaced the 2 serpentine belts, fixed one major oil leak and replaced glow plugs on my 2008 f250 diesel truck. Also installed new batteries that definitely needed attention. God bless this business. Support small local biz. Lake elsinore resident and will definitely be taking all my vehicles to them. Highly recommend 👌

Took my Super Duty in for complete radiator flush ! Went very well , didn't take long and they even topped off Trans fluid per my request !! Good work guys. N. Girl. !!!!

I am a new car owner and don't really know Jack about cars. My new/used foreign car came with almost 200k miles so obviously it's going to come with some issues. Matt and his crew took care of my rotor and breaks and sent me pictures so someone like me could understand! He took his time explaining to me the problem. I trust this company and would fully recommend.

They swapped a bad axel for me and recently had to have it warranty and they took me in with an appointment and got me in and out in just a few hours. They will take care of you. 2012 Hyundai sonata Engine issues
Had the staff of A&M auto complete a diagnostic on my 2012 Hyundai sonata. They gave Me an honest breakdown of the issue with engine. The engine has to be completely replaced and gave me an estimate of 8000 if they were going to do the repairs but they also informed Me that there was a recall on engine and that the Hyundai dealer may be able to replace the motor at no charge. They were upfront and honest and that's why I will continue to use A&M Automotive for my car service . Ats this time Idid not get the service completed by by A&M Automotive and will pursue dealing with Hyundai company. Honest upfront and have my full trust. Thank you Brittany and Adam for the great service!

A&M Automotive's excellent job servicing my 2015 C300 Mercedes Benz
I took my car to the Mercedes Benz dealer in Riverside and they informed Me that the differential and the drive shaft were broken and needed to be replaced. The amount that they wanted to charge was outrageous and they were looking to gauge Me. I called A&M Automotive and spoke to Brittany and informed Her of the what the Mercedes dealer informed Me. She asked Me to bring the car in the following day so they could perform a diagnostic on the car (They did not even charge Me for the Diagnostic). I took the car the next day to be checked, Brittany called Me that afternoon and informed Me that the only problem was the drive shaft was broken and needed to be replaced. She quoted Me a very reasonable price for the repair and even saved Me more money because some of the bolts were still usable. The car is working great and I couldn't be happier. The staff at A&M Auto have integrity and do excellent work. I will be taking my vehicles to A&M Automotive from now on. Highly recommended if you are looking for Honesty and integrity when getting your car repaired. Thank you Brittany and staff for everything. All around great experience!
