Love this store! Drove from Michigan to their store to purchase two cat towers. They were so nice, sent me carpet color samples, and made me two towers. They are heavy duty, excellent quality, and my cats love them. No chemical smell either. Helped us load them too. Will definitely be shopping here again!!!

Awesome variety of pet supplies. We shop for our rabbit, snake, and dog here, and the prices are often better than your big chain stores. The staff is super friendly and animals are well kept.

I love this place. I won’t shop anywhere else for my pet, besides this place. They are great. I love the employees and Stewart is the best. I just love him to pieces. He’s the sweetest person ever. Don’t piss him off tho lol watch out. I could spend thousands of dollars in this place. The pets are top notch and just about everything they sell is a dollar cheaper than pet supplies plus’s. Pet supplies plus just isn’t the same anymore. They downsized lotta things and I just don’t feel my money is going to the right things. I rather support a local family owned business. Thank you for everything, I hope everyone is well and doing great. ❤❤❤

When she was on Woodville rd down by Salvation army. I ordered a 7ft tall cat tower cuz my dog was huge , great Pyrenees, and she made me one AND Delivered it to my house. I still have it. The dog and cat has passed but they got alot of use out of it. I have since gotten another cat and he loves it. Little worse for wear but it is loved. Also I have acquired a Parrot and love all that is available for him. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Very nice and informative about all pets and there products.

I buy all my bird food there and have bought a sun conure and a cage from them. Did not have room in my car for the Sun conure cage and one of the owners actually brought it to my house. That is customer service! Only pet store I will ever go to.

Wonderful pet experience. An extremely wide variety of animals for sale, from fish, reptiles, and amphibians. To guinea pigs, ferrets, mice, and an array of birds. 💕 They have an admirable variety of items for most any pet needs, from food and supplements, to vitamins and medicinal remedies. Toys, leashes, collars, cages, clothes, treats, and more are available at this remarkable store that's a pleasant alternative to bigger chain locations. The staff seemed friendly, caring, charming, and knowledgeable while attending to the animals needs, and customers inquiries.. There is a Giant Bear in the entrance/exit area of the store that is noticeable from the street view while driving past. Posted that they are closed most major holidays, we were delighted to be able to peruse the store, interact and watch the critters, and do research on comparison pricing for items needed for our own pets needs and wants. It is worth the trip if this isn't close to you in proximity, to this gem of store that seems to care for its animals for sale, and for the animals that items can be purchased for. Stop in, it's safe, has lots of cameras so smile ☺ and talk to the birds. ✌ 👋

I called ahead to ask about a few products for my cat. I spoke on the phone with Alexis, she was also the person that helped me in store. From the beginning she was very polite and super helpful. You can definitely tell that she takes her job seriously, what an amazing employee. I would definitely recommend this place!

What a wonderful discovery this pet store was! They have a great selection of food & supplies, especially for exotics. And their prices are lower. The animals for sale seem well taken care of. Everytime I'm in here the reptiles have heaps of fresh vegetables in their dishes, the enclosures are clean. The family that runs the store are so friendly. I love to support a local family-owned business. I definitely recommend this place. Be sure to say hello to the stores pets. Two Cockatoos and a uromastyx. He's always lounging around but such a cool reptile

Great place great employees very friendly helpful. This is my go to shop now. With 3large breed dogs fish,frogs,turtles,bearded dragon and a Guinea pig our trips to the pet store are now fun again and one stop shopping is great

Lovely. Everything we need in one place. My only complaint is that they don't carry Purina One for my dog with allergies. However, this is THE exotic pet destination. From pocket pets, to pythons, from cichlids to scorpions, they truly have something for everyone! ( And if you are ever looking to purchase an Umbrella Cockatoo, well, let's just say there are several to choose from that all have very distinct personalities!)

Good place to get just about everything you need. Most items priced well, a few to high for me. Over all great place to shop local, and I try to as much as possible. Very friendly staff, with a couple exceptions here and there. Over all good shop.
