Smokin' Olive Deli

Passing through on he way home from a family vacation. The staff was so friendly. Made excellent suggestions for everyone, including the two boys. One being somewhat picky and the other not at all, but she was ready to help! The sandwiches were incredible. We each had a full sandwich and it was big enough for lunch and dinner on the road. I only wish you were closer to our home state of WI! Cheers!

Spent ~$45 and easily have four meals. Everything was phenomenal especially the carrot cake!

The service was excellent. Everyone working went above and beyond!

My only tiny peccadillo is the fact that they have “cannoli’s” when the plural is technically “cannoli.” But that’s just me being a silly head. 🤣

We are from Michigan visiting family. I wanted a good sandwich and this came up on Google.
If you have not been you are missing out. The sandwich was one of the best I have ever had.
I believe it was the owner and her son that welcomed us with smiles.
If you are looking for amazing food and a homey spot you need to give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

I was down the street at the coffee shop and stopped in here on my way out of town for a quick bite. Little did I know, this would be the best sandwich I have had. I am not a sandwich person by any means but I would come back here in a heart beat. Portions are huge and the quality is amazing. Great place to eat!!

Visiting from Cincinnati. The food here is Amazing. I want to say Thank you to Michelle Ryan and Brady Ryan. Our dog Romeo was even allowed in. He liked his treat of Lunchmeat Michelle gave him. Definitely recommend this place. We will be back!!!

My family and I were in town for the day and did not know the area. We Googled "best sandwich shops near me" and the Smokin' Olive Deli popped up. I am so glad we gave it a try!
My husband had the Muffaletta and I had a custom build your own panini of pastrami and swiss on marbled rye. The meats and cheeses they use were very good quality, the portions were very big, and our leftovers reheated nicely the next day. Each sandwich came with a bag of delicious kettle type chips.
The owner and her son were very friendly. The deli was clean and the dine in experience was very nice. I highly recommend giving this place a try. I will definitely be going back.

The three sandwiches my group tried were great! We tried the Hot Italian, The Club, and Muffaletta. Helpful staff and a neat selection of sides made this a must go place next time I’m in Toledo.

100 % love my meal every time I eat here. Everything is delicious, flavorful, and scrumptious! You will be very happy with your choice to eat out of you eat here. In my opinion, there are very few places that have delicious food and this one of them!

What a great place I didn't even know was over there. I will definitely be going back the Ruben sandwich was delicious. The staff was very friendly and the food was made quickly and you can taste the love. Looking forward to the next visit already

My first experience at Smokin Olive was fantastic. I was in search of a small deli sub for my boyfriend who was doing gutter work down the road. The establishment was so clean and decorated accordingly. The owner and her employee made me feel welcomed. I ordered a Hot Italian and Italian pasta salad. Also, the homemade vinegarette was to die for! You will NOT be disappointed! This shop so delicious 😋 Check out the size of this sandwich 🥪

A hidden gem, for sure. Stopped in prior to a show at the local theater. The owner greeted us immediately, noting that we were first timers (she knows her customers). Wide variety of sandwich offerings for any palate and the portion size is immense. I think I counted 12-14 layers of meat in my muffelata sandwich! Well worth a stop if you're in the area. I'd even consider a detour if traveling nearby.

Absolutely 5 stars. Visiting Toledo for my wife's Dr appointment and searched maps for a local food spot. Smokin Olive is legit. Great service (young guy asked if we ever been there and gave us the rundown on favorites, side options, drinks and desserts). Manager was very sweet and even provided a sample of the cheese I selected for my wrap. Food was undeniably fresh and words do not describe how good our paninis were. Definitely coming back here again when we have another trip to Toledo next year. This food bar none makes you feel good inside. Amazing experience. I would eat here everyday if possible lol!

Sandwiches are sooooo good and they put so much meat on them. Owner is awesome, my wife and I stop it often and get the corn beef and grape leaves. They recently switched to veggie grape leaves and we wanted meat and she brought them back just because I asked. If that’s not customer service idk what is!!! Hands down the best sandwiches in the city!!

10/10 experience! I absolutely love this place and always will. Walking into a place and feeling right at home is how i feel when i visit the olive. All there food makes my mouth water even thinking about it!❤

I’m not from this area, but this is the best deli sandwich I have ever had. And the Ryan family is so genuine and sweet. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Best Cuban sandwich this side of Miami Beach! So big that I made a meal and then a snack out of it. Free bag of chips with each hot sandwich really filled me up. A Buckeye candy was my daughter's choice for dessert. Can't wait to return!

Really tasty food from a cozy little deli. Absolutely love their sandwiches and the owner and staff seem like good and genuine people.

We are so blessed to have this deli in the Beverly neighborhood. Hand crafted, home made sandwiches, pastas, soups and desserts. Delicious place and wonderful owner who takes care of her customers.
