Come in on Arbor dr. Alot larger road with red-light to turn easier. Friendliest people ever. Had 7am appt. In door by 630am. Bills in hand at 8:20am. So polite.

Good place to deliver, right into the dock, took about an hour to get unloaded and paperwork in hand.. the old entrance is gone, it's under construction so you come in the sight side to dock. Dock 1 will be difficult for a sleeper 53'. Friendly as well. Thumbs up. Google earth will show you where the sight side entrance is. Other entrance is adding new building there. One way in and one way out. Not really any room to stage, no room on street either.

Trucker Report: Arrived at 5:50 am for 6 am appt. In door at 6:10 am and got paperwork at 7:10 am. Don't come early because there is only room for 2-3 trucks to stage. Check in at the all white door on the corner before the docks. There are only 4 docks. I was given dock number 4. This place is tight but definitely doable. There is enough room to turn around (get wide as you can against gate) and angle trailer towards dock, you will probably have to blindside if given doors 1 or 2. There was a box truck in door 3 so I didn't have trouble getting in the dock but if it were all semi's in the docks it would be a little tough to get in. Also, look on Google maps in satellite view, MAKE SURE YOU COME IN the right gate because you will be facing the wrong way and won't be able to turn around IF there are other trucks staging.

Easy in/out 6 pallets no lumper, blindside back into dock.

I had nothing short of a very pleasant experience. Blind side back in however very simple with space to do it. No truck parking.
