A gas station

It needs more truck parking even though it has a lot. The place is nice and clean but the food just is not that good. They went to Walmart and bought a bunch of junk food and triple the prices and ripple the prices and sell it here.
It is nice to have showers there.. They have showers for truckers and the place is clean including the parking lot.

Free shower at this plaza just like the others on the Ohio turnpike, restrooms are definitely clean and well maintained by the great staff, you can get Ohio souvenirs and shirts here as well as a bite at the restaurants plus there is vending machines too.

Clean with vending. Only two restaurants stalls occupied. Tesla charging a plus.

Staff was patient, funny, and engaging, rare for a rest stop. Great young woman.

It is ice and clean. It's just half the places aren't consistently open anymore when I stop there.

Rude “lady” at the Market counter. I simply asked her if she knew where I could get cash since I was trying to wash clothes. She looked up from her phone and shrugged “I work here not laundry”. The Burger King employees where more helpful.

Didn't see any body minding the store. Walk up to desk,and there she was texting away! I asked her if she knew what time Starbucks opens in the morning. And she replied with annoyed look,and angry voice "I Don't know!" I told her "That's too bad ".

11/11/20 9am staff was rude as can be (market place blonde) hope she has loss of hours or job...others would be greatful to have work. Do not sell towels or dog food for professional drivers and have no hot water ice cold. Stop elsewhere drivers.

Travel mart DID NOT deserve any star with all WRONG price advertisement. ASK the price before you buy or you will end up to pay over price of stuffs!!!
