Gary was great. He was very informative and despite it being busy in the store he gave everybody all the time they needed. Also, very happy that he was not into the high pressure sale. It was our first time out looking and he understood that. We pretty much knew what we wanted after spending time in the store. I just wanted to make sure we were getting the best price. Zach was great and helped take care of the sale over the phone. Very helpful and responsive throughout the sale. If you’re in the market for a Mattress go see Gary and Zach in Rossford!!!

My purchase of a new mattress and box spring went extremely well at the Rossford Mattress Firm and was largely due to the advice and help I received from Zach Pesina. He knew the products well, shared with me information important to my needs, and followed through on details and assistance I needed to complete my purchases. In addition, he was personable, communicated well, and made the experience pleasant.

Gary was super helpful! I thought I would find a mattress I liked and purchase it later, but Gary let me know about the current deals in the store and they were too good to pass up. He was knowledgeable about all of the products in the store, which ultimately helped me determine which mattress I liked best within my budget. My whole experience here was excellent!! Our mattress expert Matt was awesome. Couldn’t ask for better service. And the delivery service was superb!!! Makai and Joe did an excellent job. Very friendly and made sure everything was as expected. They made the experience as a whole one of the best experiences I have ever had!!! 20/10 experience! Friendly and professional. Zach at the Rossford store was able to identify exactly what we needed and got us in and out in record time. He even entertained our kids and they talked about how funny he was the whole way home.

Our experience with Zack was great! He was very informative, friendly & never pressured us to buy anything we were not comfortable with. He remembered us each time we visited the store, great customer service! But on the other hand, the delivery men were terrible! We had our mattress & 2 box springs delivered Tuesday, 9-5-2023. Thank goodness my husband prepared for the delivery the day before. Not enough I guess, the delivery men damaged our railing & broke a picture. They took the mattress we were keeping down to their truck, & had to take it back upstairs. All the time they kept insisting that they were professionals & knew what they were doing, , my cat is more professional then they were. They were in such a hurry! I think we should get our delivery for free!!!

Gary, was our salesman today, very pleasant and friendly! He had us try every bed that matched our sleeping profile, and explained everything to us that we didn't know prior!! It was a great experience! Our mattress was the Hybird 14" plush mattress, this one worked the best for both my wife and I, Come in and see Gary great guy to work with highly recommend!!

Zak was very patient with all my questions and knowledgeable about the mattresses. They had a wide assortment of mattresses to try. I highly recommend.

The salesman, Matt, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He walked us through different options as we tried out several beds. He even moved a mattress onto a different foundation so we could try out the exact combination (mattress and foundation) before we purchased. Matt made helpful suggestions, was not pushy and gave my husband and I time to chat about the purchase decision alone. The store was clean and prices were clearly marked. Very positive experience!
