Shellie is fabulous! She spent as much time with my 87yr old Mom as needed for her (and I) to ask questions. We never felt rushed and it was a wonderful experience! I can't wait to see the look on my Mom's face when she receives her aides, as she has NO idea of how badly she needs them!! I highly recommend NWO Hearing!!

Doctor was professional and direct. Tests were simple but seemed adequate. She told me my hearing was good, and gave me a name of a doctor to talk to about my balance issues.

I know the audiologist but her approach was pleasant and helpful in that she explained everything in detail which I liked! Above all, very professional and a more positive experience than I thought possible!
