UniFirst Uniform Services - Toledo

This place rents uniforms. They may sell them but I had other business to do here. Just from my observations though, while waiting, their customer service is great. They work hard at providing what people need, when and how they need it.

Amazing prices, service, and quality! Our Representative Justin Taylor is amazing! Always friendly, smiling, and fun to laugh with even if it is 6:30 in the morning! More importantly, Justin makes sure that our needs as a company are always met in a timely matter and with ease. #1 in our book! Thank you for all the you do!

Jim Hart is the best, always has a smile on his face, friendly, quick and efficient. Never any problems with our account! Would recommend this company and Jim, glad he is our route driver!

Adrian Howard (truck 3) is very efficient when he comes in to our company. He always checks and/or asks if we need any additional products or if we are getting low. We have been using UniFirst’s services since they took over Arrow Uniform. We have been very pleased by their customer service, especially with our driver, Jim. He brightens our day every Wednesday with a bit of humor.

We have had the best customer service with Unifirst Toledo! They go above and beyond to make sure we are happy. Whenever we have to call and talk to Robin In the office she is so helpful and nice. She has offered to bring what we need out to us even when it’s not a delivery day for us. Our delivery driver Jimmy also is great. He is professional and helpful and also makes sure we are stocked and ready for the week. These two employees truly are what keeps our business at Unifirst!
