Have worked with Morgan for 15+years and they have always been an excellent partner and supplier! I have used them at 3 different sites over the years and I have always been taken care of. They are quick to resolve any issues and always work for proactive solutions. Ken, Nick and Brad are the best!

Veronica knows how to answer a phone and Nick gets you anything you need. I also like Doug.

Not a good place to work if you don't like heat

My 20 year old daughter worked after being off of work due to personal issues.And was new to the company she was so excited about being back to work I received a phone call from her while I was at work she was in tears! They let her go they stating she was struggling but it was her 3rd day on the job.I do not think that was the issue because she even asked if she could go to a different department. I think it might have been something else.But I think this company should have at least given her a week to see how she was doing.But God has her covered cause the people in this world can be really cruel give young children a chance.God bless !

If I could go negative stars over all of the stress this company has caused me I would! Communicating the day of delivery the do not have my order is one prime example of their terrible customer service. The quality is so bad that I will order twice as many napkins as I need because so many are stained and ripped. Recently I needed 60 napkins and I ordered 125. Out of the 125, half of them were stained so badly I couldn't put them on the tables. I was left with 4 remaining napkins after I folded for my guests. 64 Napkins out of 125 were good! BUT I paid for all 125.

I could go on and on but the biggest thing is that for the entire time I was a customer they charged me sales tax. Linens are exempt from Sales Tax in the State of Michigan and these guys know that! Any Sales Tax a Michigan company pays them goes right to their pocket and NOT the State of Michigan as it should. They play stupid telling me "well you never told us you needed the sales tax exempt form". WHAT IS MY ADDRESS!? ITS NOT OHIO! I am NOT your only Michigan customer!!! YOU should provide it to me. (thankfully my new linen company brought it to my attention when they had my sign the form for their company and I will be reporting them if they do not repay the hundreds I was illegally charged while being their customer)

The best part is when I call to talk to those above management to tell them their employees suck at communication and customer service conveniently they are always "away from their desk".
