I purchased furniture, came in broken and all this place says is call the manufacturer. I call the manufacturer and no answer and no machine.
I have never dealt with anyone so rude in my life. Furniture is garbage when you get it. They drop the boxes off and take off. No one set them up. Delivery men were rude as well. Most of the furniture was delivered ruined. STAY A WAY. GO TO CARDIS BASEMENT. Try another place. I've contacted an attorney and will be contacting News channel 10
and 12.

In all Honesty. You do get what you paid for. And I expected just that. The place is in the hood, The store looks trashy and unprofessional. The lady 'Maria' was on her phone and seem to pay more attention to her personal phone call. I will say she was alone and i felt bad she had to move stuff around herself... Once i walked in the store, i knew exactly how it wqs gonna go down. Sorry for yall that need like living room furniture or sets.. Save your $$ and pay for better.

I had bedroom sets , couches , and kitchen table on Layaway for 6 months not even a year.
I ended up paying it with income tax in full hand. Only to be told to wait 2 to 3 months because the furniture i had in Layaway was no longer available.
I had a sky grey couch in Layaway too i ended up getting black couches. The table leg was snapped . Many of the wood to the furniture came in busted and. Wood broken.
Fast forwarding to a few months still no replacement

The "lady" that works there has the WORTST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE. U can ever fine did not want to explain herself to the customer question and all she does is talk to her employee. This is a real bad store and furniture is horrible NEVER GO HERE U WILL REGRET IT

I bought a mattress and just realized there’s no name brand tag there’s no tag about what’s inside what a scam

I went there couple times to make sure I ordered what I actually wanted and the costumer service was horrible people eating at the display furniture and then I ordered a table from them and they delivered incorrect table kept giving b.s and thought I was going to be okay with them swapping it out the following Monday I had to be rude in order to get the correct table that same day and they delivery man told my man we should tip him like how can I tip you when one you asking for it and the service was bad

Horrible customer service ....and the quality is trash!!! My table set did not come with instructions and the hardware did not even go to the table i got never mind the table and chairs are wobbly!!! I will never purchase anything form there again!!!!

Horrible service. Told me my mattress came with warranty for a year paid 247 now tell me there’s nothing they can do

You get what you paid for if your lucky...make sure to read your receipt as all sales are final...do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache and go elsewhere
