Staybridge Suites Toledo - Rossford - Perrysburg, an IHG Hotel

I really love and appreciate this location! I have to travel to this location often and I have stayed in many Stay Bridge IHG hotels. This one takes the cake by far! I have never had a bad experience with this specific IHG StayBridge. For some more context, all through year 2023 me and my colleagues praise and stay at this hotel anytime we get a chance. The staff are great, the food is great, and most importantly the rooms are phenomenal! I would recommend this location any day as these guys are literally on the top of my IHG hotel stays. For context there, I traveled to SC, NJ, MN, IN, MI, etc, etc.

So, we can see how many hotels I have had to stay in. Keep doing well guys! You all have been great!

We had a wonderful experience last weekend while we were visiting our daughter in college. The room was awesome and clean. The pool was really nice. The breakfast they has in the morning was amazing! There was so many wonderful choices to pick from. But by far the best part of our experience was the staff. They really care about their guests and it shows. Cameo the manager was super nice and went way out of her way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. We already know we are gonna stay here every time we go to BGSU. I'm already dreaming about those fresh made waffles!😋

This hotel seems to book up quickly, so this was the first time I've been able to stay here. I honestly understand why because even though it's not perfect, it is one of the nicest hotels for the price. The bed was a little too firm for me but clean and had ample pillows and bedding. The rooms are large and are great for extended stays. The staff you could tell was definitely busy and may even be a tad overworked because of the Staffing crisis we are having in the US but everybody was extremely friendly with smiles and still took the time to converse and get to know you. The free breakfast is very similar to one of my favorites, which is in the Drury Hotels. I like that they have more than just spongy sausage and hotel eggs and bagels... they had three hot items daily, including crispy bacon and corned beef hash the one day. They have toppings for your eggs as well as hard-boiled eggs items to make a yogurt parfait Belgian waffles toast Bagels blueberry muffins, dry cereal and oatmeal with toppings as well. They have a dark roast and a regular roast and a decaf for the coffee, which I thought was nice. They also have a selection of teas and juices and have fountain coke priducts available as well. My check-in was a tab Rocky but ended up just fine, and overall, this hotel is great, and I will definitely stay at it again.

Very clean and nice I like the pool area it was a lot of men visiting I believe it's was some kind of truck drivers or maybe a company that have the workers there but overall it was a nice place lots of free food even dinner some days. Breakfast was good everyday.

This was a great value for the room you get. The kitchen area is really nice. And the rest of the room is spacious and comfortable. The only negatives are it gets noisy at night, particularly in the hallways and the basketball court area. The staff didn't seem to think it was an issue, as they did nothing about it. Also the breakfast was supposed to start at 630am, it didn't start until 730am, I had to go buy my breakfast because of this. The staff were decently helpful other than the issues I already mentioned. I would stay here again, but they need to address these two issues.

Nice place and very clean. Night shift lady was nice and brought out coffee early for me at 5 am.

Great staff, clean rooms! Amazing continental breakfast!!

First, Tabitha (front desk) is awesome. She answered my questions promptly ahead of my visit and was very welcoming when we arrived. The pool, shared patio space, workout room, and common lounge are spacious. Their breakfast was fresh, warm, and tasty with plenty of choice one hour into it. The bed was comfortable and provided some of the best hotel sleep I've had in 44 years. Thank you and I'm looking forward to our second night!

Absolutely wonderful stay. Great location with easy on and off major roads.

Good hotel. One of the nicer hotels in the area. Very nice kitchenette with full size fridge. They offered a light dinner and very good breakfast

Very clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly.
Bed and pillows both very comfortable. So many awesome choices for the FREE breakfast.
The social dinner was a nice treat. Pool area was great. The free use of laundry facilities was a great perk. Room was spacious and homey. I don’t like when the bathroom is connected to the bedroom, let alone not have a door where the sink is, but that’s my only gripe. Beautiful building and outside area. Couldn’t figure out how to have just a lamp on in the main room, but maybe that was operator error. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here very much, loved the room except the direct TV was acting up, but we enjoyed the indoor pool and the courtyard, as well the other accomodations available. Really good breakfast in the morning here, the girl that sets it up in the morning is friendly and helpful. She made our mornings!Def want to come back here again for our next visit!

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. The pool was a little chilli. They are in the process of painting the hallways. Would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again!

We were taking a family vacation and needed a place for 6 of us to stay for one night on the way to West Virginia. It turned out that staying in Toledo was going to be a good stopping point.

This particular hotel had a room available that had multiple bathrooms and bedrooms inside of it along with kitchen amenities such as a microwave, a refrigerator, a small countertop electric stove and garbage disposal.

Because we got in late and we did not plan on staying for very long, we did not end up using any of the kitchen amenities. However it was nice to have multiple bedrooms because we were travelling with my mother in law who wanted to have her own bedroom and bathroom if possible. This room made that possible without us having to stay in 2 separate hotel rooms.

I quite honestly do not know if they have a swimming pool or what their other amenities are, because we did not have time to take advantage of them.

That being said, we did have a nice breakfast experience as well. It was the kind of breakfast that, when you go down to their eating area, there is a person down there that will take your order. Most of the stuff is prepackaged and they will heat it up. For instance, I had mini pancakes. But they came in a bag which they warmed up and you could dip them into the syrup packets that they provided. I also had a breakfast sandwich. It was one of the microwavable type. There was also fruit, muffins, cereals, yogurts and juices available. We are not very fancy people when it comes to eating, so this type of breakfast worked out fine for us. If you are used to having a big buffet style warm breakfast at a hotel, then this will probably not make you very excited. Although I think that they will probably be getting back to normal now that the pandemic is slowing down. It was plenty suitable for us that morning.

Overall, the people were very nice, the rooms were clean and so was the hotel. We would definitely stay here again if the option presented itself.

The service and hotel overall was outstanding. Traveling with two little ones is hard but this hotel was a perfect place to relax and recharge before the second day of driving. Close to awesome restaurants and a Walmart for any forgotten items. Clean, updated rooms, with full kitchen was a wonderful addition to what we are used to. We have found our new half-way point when we travel!

I decided to use points to put my Mom and step Dad up while they were in town due to COVID to keep the family separated and safe.
The young lady at check in was very nice as well as check out and the night shift gentleman, John was very kind and hospitable!!!!
This hotel was very clean and the rooms were perfect for what my Mom needed.
Free laundry was also available.
Sadly due to COVID-19, the fire pit pavilion was inaccessible as was the pool and other general areas.
Once restrictions are lifted, I will be putting my parents there for now on when they are in town.
10/10 stay!

Very nice hotel. Had a beautiful back patio with lots of nice features . Very relaxing after everyone's kiddos go to bed. The room was extremely clean and relaxing . Pillow top beds and feather pillows. The staff was absolutely amazing! All of then were nice and helpful. We got some things from there little store and they were not too bad on price. Not like you expect from hotels. We will definitely come back here.

Doing a long road trip during Covid times and this hotel was just what we needed! We did wipe down the room as an extra precaution and found not a speck of dirt on our wipes. Obviously, good cleaning protocols in place. Safe check-in, nice breakfast set up to take back to our room. Rooms are like efficiency apartments, super comfy bed and pillows, nice shower with Watkins products. If we come this way again someday, we'll be back! Keep up the good work!
