Stephie goes above and beyond to make the day feel special. She even made the snacks! Took my husband for a self care day massage head spa and facials most relaxing couples day! Thank you and all your staff!

I recently visited Skinology for their new scalp massage service, and it exceeded all my expectations!! The experience was incredibly relaxing, and I loved the little extra details they did like offer tea, slippers and a robe! Stephanie and her staff were not only professional but also took the time to educate me about scalp health and the impact of product buildup on hair growth. I left with a deeper understanding of how to care for my scalp, which I truly appreciated. This visit was absolutely worth my time, and I would recommend Skinology to anyone looking for a top-notch, rejuvenating experience. Stephanie has also done facials for me before, and they have hosted my daughter’s birthday party! I have never had a bad experience! I can’t wait to return!

I don't live in Ohio but I did try to purchase a product online from Skinology to ship to Colorado, which unfortunately turns out will be discontinued. Stephie's customer service exceeds excellence. She was kind and informative, kept me updated throughout the process of locating the product. When we finally learned the product's company discontinued the line, she immediately refunded me and gave me a few other product recommendations to look into given my sensitive skin. She went above and beyond over a simple online matter. Her kindness and due diligence speaks volumes. Thanks again for your help!

We had my sister’s bachelorette party here and it was beyond amazing! Stephie and Jacob were both so kind and professional! She went above and beyond to make my sisters day special! I booked another appointment with them both immediately after the party!

Stephanie is the sweetest thing and so conscientious as a customer service based business owner! She was extremely experienced with my brow wax and tint. I had her choose the shade and I'm glad I did because it turned out perfect. She made sure she understood what I was expected as far as shaping and I couldn't be happier!

Loved it here! My family of 8 women booked an event and Steph and Steph (not a typo! 🤣) were amazing! We had the whole place to ourselves. They had photo backdrops set up, a drink station with coffee, teas, and waters along with pastries. They provided a charcuterie board that was delicious and some fun games to play while we were in between services. We all had facials and massages and Steph kept the pricing so fair that we will definitely be back! Doesn’t look like much from the street but inside the building is a hidden gem that provides an extremely private oasis! We were so happy and had so much fun!!

I came here for a pre wedding day facial and Tessa made my experience amazing! I have issues with dry skin and my face is positively glowing! I’m absolutely 100% coming back again! Tessa made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything that she was doing and how it would benefit my skin, gave me ideas on products and used a moisturizer that they can provide, if needed! She was personable and knowledgeable. I could just feel my stress melting away! Stephie was also such a delight to talk to. She has created a beautiful atmosphere to enjoy your experience in and both ladies were accommodating! I look amazing and look forward to returning!

I have been going to Skinology for about a year now. All the staff are amazing but Stephie takes the gold. She is wonderful! Truly cares about your skin, you’re not just “another client” to her.
If you haven’t checked out a great place to have affordable facials/ chemical peels/ dermaplaning/ even massages, you definitely should!!

Absolutely amazing! Would recommend anyone to try any of their services. Friendly, knowledge, easy going, and open minded. They did an amazing job for my friends bachelorette party. Had it all ready and decorated. They care about their clients. I already plan on going back with a new client for them.

First time at Skinology for my for my sister bachelorette party and when I say they went ALL OUT !!! From party table , facials to the message was the best I EVER had !! I’ve had a few facials in the past in Toledo and out of town. Skinology Face Bar is by far the most unique face bar than all the other spa places. Hands down. They offer treatment services that others don’t offer, like their hydro jelly mask! It’s the best! Best thing about SFB is that they use all natural products. The staff are very professional, very kind, and truly care about each customer. After my first facial, my skin was glowing, so smooth, and felt like my skin could breathe! After going in several times, I noticed my skin was looking a lot healthier. To help maintain my skin’s hydration, I bought their moisturizer and it’s amazing! Even my husband loves using it! The price is very reasonable too!

Definitely one-of-a-kind Face Bar in Toledo. Nothing else like it in the area. Highly suggest booking an appointment to try it out and supporting an amazing local business.

I’m a newbie to the “facial world” - I had my first visit here a few weeks ago and this place did not disappoint! To say my expectations were met and far exceeded would be an understatement. The atmosphere is chic and relaxing and the Skinology staff is so knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted/needed when I walked in and they made the perfect recommendations for my skin concerns. I will definitely be back!!

Stephie was amazing and a joy to chat with! She took her time explaining each step/product, as she did my facial. My skin is glowing and baby soft! I will definitely be back!!

I really didn't know what to expect, but the staff made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. The open concept atmosphere was beautifully appointed and made it a fun experience for my daughter and myself.
We both had the signature facial and added on the dermaplaning, and left happy, relaxed, and glowing!

Every time I go, I leave feeling more relaxed and confident. My face stair tint breaking out after I stopped breastfeeding. After 2 visits, I’ve noticed a significant change in my skin with using the led therapy. Highly recommend!

I'm not one for the whole massage and face treatment but I was truly impressed with the experience. my fiancee booked it for me and I had no idea what to expect. I left feeling relaxed and glowing. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable.

This was my second time at skinololgy and I was happy to support a growing local business again. Stephie did a great job with my facial. There was a misprint on their website of what was included and she made the effort to make it right with me in the end by providing a free add on, which was very generous and I felt valued as a client. I will be back.
