Fusion Bistro

When we first walked in we were a little iffy, but everything was amazing. The sushi, the pizza and definitely the drinks. I highly recommend checking this place out. They have an amazing martini list. The sushi is really good (don't be afraid to omitt things). We also had the Buffalo pizza, soo good. The crust was thin amd crispy and it was full of flavor.

I have to commend the team of girls working there today! They are so friendly and welcoming and really care!! I stopped here for the first time today bc the hostess at First Watch next door to them wasn’t pleasant at all. And the food here is terrific!

Your experience will vary depending on the time of day you go and who your server is. My partner and I are frequent customers here and the sushi, great beer selection, and quality cocktails keep us coming back. They have a special on half priced sushi Tues and Thurs after 7pm.

This place is great!! I ordered the Shrimp Tempura and California Roll, along with some fries, jalapeño poppers and spicy chicken roll. All amazing except it was slightly off with the spicy chicken roll. I'm not sure exactly what it was, but I did feel like it was missing something. The glazed eel sauce and whatever other sauce on the other two rolls were fiuurrreee, though!! Definitely going back for their lunch specials, and happy our real soon!! Service was handling business really well as more people started coming in and didn't neglect our table. Still had time to talk a little and tell me a little more about the place. I forgot what was said about events, but I will get that information when I go back. 😁

This is a great restaurant and the food is amazing and delicious. The atmosphere is sanitary and comfy. I recommend this restaurant .

On a business trip here with a group of us varying from Texas, Florida, Michigan, West Virgina, and Puerto Rico. We were suggested this spot by a few colleagues from the area. The recommendation was exactly what we were looking for.

Cleanliness, customer service, hospitality, and quality. Bartenders knew their locals, and treated us as if we've been there 100 times.

Jon, a bartender who I learned has a full-time job outside of this, helped me with what I wanted and the brew hit the spot (Sunrise, or Sunset, forgot the name but it's local from Sylvania). I respect hard workers, and that Jon previously worked 9-4 this morning and then 5-midnight at the bar still with energy and genuienly enjoying his job, speaks a lot about him. I respect that!

Would recommend this place with a guarantee of great experience.

The waitress was amazing! She made sure that we knew about all the deals. Enjoyed the pomegranate and lemon drop martinis and the pizza.

Great bar with a good variety of beers on tap. They have good food and the daily food specials are a good deal. You’ll find a mixed crowd of ages visiting it. Definitely a hidden gem in Cricket west.

Stopped by with a friend for a nightcap. Nice atmosphere, fantastic bar service. Will definitely be back to sample the menu.

I came form Puerto Rico for business so I went to Fusion Bistro with a colege . We passed a great time with very good service, good apetizers and food with a variety of beers and alcoholic fine drinks . So I can recomende it 100% .

Wow! The food is great, the atmosphere is welcoming/cozy, and the bartender (Annie) makes you feel like you're a long-time friend who came to her home for drinks.
I'll admit I expect MORE from servers & restaurants than the avg customer ...and this place is a real WINNER in my book.
Thanks for making this hungry Detroiter feel like I grew up in the neighborhood.

I visited this place tonight and i must say this is nice little place with friendly service. I had a wonderful experience and so definitely whenever I come back to Toledo this will be on my list to visit.

Great friendly neighborhood hangout. This place is one of our favorites for good drinks, good service (Alexa,Skyler &Annie are our favs) and a relaxed atmosphere.
They have happy hour until 7pm which includes some of their excellently made martinis.
Beer section is smaller but has some good staples .Food menu is smaller but you can find decent items and we hear they are looking to expand the menu a little. The sushi is definitely decent, they have edamame, and their stuffed avacado is one of the best food items we get anywhere in the city.
We definitely recommend you stop by if you haven't tried it yet.

I hate Google but this place's ratings don't do it justice. Small spot but nice. Decent seating and good atmosphere. $5 pizza wed. TR sushi tho I don't care for it. All bartenders are great. This is my homebase.

Great bar and an awesome fusion(hence the name). They seem to have a thing for avocado. Still everything I have had from here is phenomenal. Love the decor and the service has always been great

Bar was very homey nice small town bar! Bartender Tommy was great very accommodating knowledgeable and friendly we will definitely be back
