The autozone associates at the bowling green store all need a raise they are aways willing to help there customers out with anything Logan took my dead car battery out charged it to see if I needed a new battery unfortunately I did he put the new one in and even replaced a bulb for my low beam headlight out in this horrific cold weather thanks I appreciate u guys

I've been going to this Autozone for years and I have always had great help and service here. They seem to do a good job at staffing very knowledgeable employees who know what they are talking about and who are ready to help you as they can. Favorite car parts store I've been to hands down.

So it's Friday...I get some very reasonably priced pads because my brakes were making noises... Get home and one of the calipers are froze...I call back and they don't have them in stock.BUT they got the caliper in the store within 2 hours. Because of the awesomeness of AutoZone I was able to replace everything Friday and was able to enjoy the rest of my weekend! And everything was priced awesomely.

The staff is knowlegable and willing to help. They ask detailed questions about your vehicle to ensure you are buying the right part for the proper make/model, engine configuration, yada yada. They will often open the box and ask if it looks like the part in question, just in case. Most of the time it does, but every once in a while I encounter a technological marvel that must have originated from the engine room of the NCC-1701-D. Or a mudflap. Then I have to admit I must have flubbed the vehicle description and, after a slight delay, receive my correct part.

They always have what i need. Located next to Franks Appliance center and just across the street from the Big Lots Plaza. The parking is free, the service is friendly, and experienced. Easy to spot from the street and easy access to main roads. Handicap parking just by the doors.

Awesome fellas here.... They put on my windshield wipers without any problems, and the worker was the one that offered to do it! Great customer service!

Got my price check. Continued on, only one place had the license plate light bulbs for less @ only $.01. I was able to get the light bulbs(2) at that lowest price with a price match.

Thank you to Bill and Jason of the Toledo location for their exceptional service. I was in Bowling Green to pick up my daughter's things from college and she had a defective alternator which needed to be fixed before she could drive, home, to Cleveland. The part wasn't at the B.G. location but Bill actually called competitor stores checking to see if they had the part. With no success locally he located the part in Toledo, Jason a store representative, had the part ready when I arrived. When I returned to B.G. to repair the car Bill willingly assisted. Thank you to these great men!

Whenever, and whatever I'm looking for, it's never ever a problem to ask the counter help for answers to my questions. Good prices and great service.

I love that Auto Zone employee's will put what you buy on for you. In my case it was winshield wipers.
I always tip generously, well worth it since I am disabled.
