This is absolutely one of the best Clothes Mentors in the region! The staff is amazing — everyone is kind, welcoming and goes out of their way to be helpful (I’ve lost count of the number of times they stop what they’re doing to help find an item, answer questions or offer guidance). The store is sparkling clean, well-laid and easy to browse. The items are thoughtfully curated — there is a wide selection of recent-season trendy and designer items, ranging from runway pieces to closet staples. The prices are amazing and fair-market value, and new items are constant — I’ve returned a week after a trip and it’s always like entering a new store. Highly, highly recommend!!!

I always feel so silly taking in my mothers, aunts, gf's, and sometimes my items. No, not by theft. By donation. If they don't buy it. They'll refer you down to plates where they'll inspect what's left, probably picking more items. Then you run to the other plato's closet and have them pick through it. Then stop and drop the rest off at goodwill. But I've never once felt silly or stupid once I got in there. Ladies are fantastically professional and will have an answer for every question.....

Absolutely the best experience! I saw a luxury item online and called to ask some questions. I had to call back two more times and every time each person I talked to was friendly and patient with me. I bought the item and it came well packaged and exactly as described. I called back because the authenticity certificate was not included in the package. They quickly resolved this and sent the certificate to me. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. I am extremely happy with my purchase! I would not hesitate to purchase online from them again. Wonderful staff!!!

The nicest team! Always a pleasure stopping by, always have a huge and ranging selection. Yes, you’re not going to get full price back when selling items, but then it wouldn’t be affordable to people - it’s a thrift store for a reason. How can they pay you $60 for an item they realistically can’t sell over $20? If you want more money back, sell it on ebay.

I needed a simple black dress for a funeral, I went to just about every store in the mall with no luck. Stopped into Clothes Menor and got 2 dresses right away for way less than I would’ve paid for one anywhere else.

My order from Sylvania clothes mentor was perfect! Every item folded perfectly and wrapped in tissue paper along with a very nice handwritten card. In fact, I ordered from their store on 1/21/21 and received ALL items from them on 1/22/21! Only 10 items and around 75 bucks but they treated my order with true customer service! And all items were exactly as described pictured and in the right size. This is a HUGE difference compared to Westerville store where I also left a review.
I will be shopping here more often. Never been to actual store only shopped online. Easiest transaction ever. Thank you! And thank you for the kind note. In this day and age a handwritten note goes far to make your customer feel appreciated. Thank you!!

Love Clothes Mentor! Most of my favorite clothes are from there. Very nice clothes for a fraction of retail prices. The employees are always super friendly.

Takes a long time to get your drop off items checked but they offer you a good price.

Purchased a pair of high heeled wedge shoes. Absolutely beautiful! About 4 inches high with a Spanish fiesta pattern. $17.99 and no returns on shoes at this time.

The clothes mentor in Sylvania is so clean and so nice. The staff is top notch as well. The cashiers are all friendly. Really love this location
