One of the first times I patronized this establishment the proprietor pointed a gun in my face for no apparent reason and then put the gun down and smiled like it was a joke.

FYI: That might be common or even acceptable behavior in Beirut, but here in Ohio it is not merely an etiquette faux pas, it's a violation of Ohio Revised Code Section 2903.21 | Aggravated menacing.

It's a 1st degree misdemeanor with a penalty of up to 6 months in jail and a $1000 fine upon conviction.

You don't point guns in peoples' faces here.

But I still rate the Mini Mart 5 stars. They provide good quick professional service and run the business smoothly. I have been a regular customer for many years. Amer, Sanaa, Brianna, Low etc. They are all good friendly folks.

Always friendly and has a large selection of drinks and snacks!

The fat lady at the counter was very rude for no reason as soon as my girlfriend & daughter walks in the door she tells my girlfriend we are not allowed to bring the stroller my 3 month old baby is sleep in & it causes stealing in even though we only needed things from behind the counter. Very rude people poor customer service. I honestly can say that lady was a pure piece of hot trash.!

First and last time going. I hate stores that have an "up-charge" for using your credit card. Please get out of the retail business if you can't afford the credit card merchant fees! Also, prices on most items are inflated. Businesses like this normally don't last. Soon will be a sign out that says "Under New Management "

Stopped 8n to buy ice cream and had mask on. And know one else 9n store was told 16 and older.so grandchild got nothing from your store
