My name is Dj Ira Thomas. I don’t do many reviews but I couldn’t pass this one up! First Razelle is one of the best of its kind. Tim the owner and his staff Riley and Jackson are professional and friendly and keep you updated all the way. They understand the tech world and are down to earth. I also am a professional audio engineer and need my computers running in top notch. Folks Razelle is the real deal.

We received service from the owner Timothy. He set up our new system to take the place of our cable TV Service which saved us over $100 per month. Not only did he set it up but also trained us in how to use it and came back to make sure we were having no problems which we were. He is kind and very professional in his delivery of his service. I will now be going to Razelle for all of our computer and media needs. Thanks again!!!!

Tim came to our home to change our three smart tvs to all streaming. He was very personable, knowledgeable, efficient and patient instructing these “old folks” in the use of their new system.

My custom trading/gaming PC was having issues overheating and crashing. Riley got the problem diagnosed and fixed faster than promised, for a great price. Would give six stars out of five if i could. Thank you!

I switched from using Best Buy’s Tech help because the “wait time” between my call for tech help, until receiving tech help, was significantly much quicker with Razelle.

Every employee (in-store) is polite, courteous and knowledgeable in their area of expertise.

I can’t say enough positive things about Razelle. I work for a small business in Michigan that uses Razelle’s services and we have never been disappointed. They take care of literally everything. We use them for web services, security cameras, media, wifi, phones, etc.! Tim is such a standout guy — he truly is so kind and cares for each customer. If you need anything at all, Razelle is there immediately to help whether it’s a time-pressing issue or not. They are truly generous in all of the work that they do and I am so blessed to be able to work with and support this small business.

Had an awesome experience! Needed a new computer after my old one broke down. They got back to me with a good option in my price range, and were very helpful in answering any questions I had. There were a couple issues (one of them solidly on my end) but they kept very good communication open while they resolved them. I still was able to pick my computer up the same day I initially went to get it.

We had Razelle install an 8 camera system at our multi family community - and they did it all in one day! There were some slowdowns initially due to COVID supply chain impacts but once we got rolling it was seamless! Very professional and easy to work with.

I’d recommend Razelle to anyone! Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast, Tim has us outfitted with just the right equipment to meet our current needs. Great to know he’ll be there to help as technology changes.

The staff at this computer store are delightful. I know little about computers & try not to waste money. They help with everything & keep the cost down. They, also, have kept me informed along the way about the options and the progress of repairs.

They are the absolute best. The workers take the time to listen and are incredibly kind and competent. Twice now they have fixed my laptop in a VERY timely manner (within hours both times). You really just cannot beat this company's level of professionalism and low cost. I trust this company wholeheartedly and would 10/10 recommend.

Tim was fantastic! He did amazing!! As soon as he walked into the office he was able to figure out what our problems were and solve them without hesitation. As a small business owner it is appreciated that he came into our office and would recommend him to whoever I encounter that needs his expertise!

Just had my second awesome experience with Razelle. Considering the challenges of the pandemic and the inability to perform "hands-on" service, my remote session with Tim was excellent! The team is agile and adaptable, so it can address your technology needs wherever you are!

I Had them take down a 55 inch big screen TV over a fireplace and replace it with a 65 inch TV. They did the whole job in one hour including setting up the new TV. They did a great job! I highly recommend them!

Razelle did an excellent job for me. First moving my legacy software and files to a new laptop, and most especially with the installation of my Brilliant smart switches in my home. Now I can control my lights with my voice. Excellent service, installation, and instruction.

I have a local business that has the Razelle 360 business plan. Thank goodness I do because this plan and Razelle's exceptional service saved me a ton of money! I needed to improve my wifi speed so I upgraded my plan with my carrier. They sent me something in a box, and I was supposed to be able to install it myself! I had no idea what to do with it so I called Razelle. Timothy from Razelle was an enormous help in discerning my exact needs, explaining to me that what I ordered was much more expensive than what I really needed, renegotiating my plan with my carrier, and that, in the end, saved me over $100 per month! Because my wifi carrier is a huge business, I was on hold forever and was bounced around from person to person. The whole process took 4 hours! Tim sat patiently with me the whole time until the problem was resolved. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I'm so grateful!!!

Tim is the best. Patient, kind and a good listener not to mention I don’t think there’s a skill in his industry that he can’t solve.
