First time getting new rims and tires. The guys at the service desk were friendly and awesome. They helped me picked out some rims and we went out to my Nissan to see how they looked. The 18’ Cavallo fits real nice with tinted windows and the chrome trim. I would be recommending them to everyone. Keep up the good work

I am a Sales and Leasing Consultant for Mark Thomas Ford. I recently got my 2024 Ford Maverick and just wanted new wheels. Being in the car industry you have a lot of contacts. Today, I brought my car in for a wheel alignment and the young man at the front desk had to explain to me about how an alignment works, because I was confused! He did so with great compassion and I greatly appreciated this of him. I will always continue to bring my car to B&R for great customer care & service.

Excellent service! We showed up an hour before they closed with no appointment. Place was very busy but they had mt tires in stock that fit our truck and they made time to put them on because we were from out of state. Great bunch of guys!

The people here are very good with working for the customer. The person I worked with was eric gave me a great deal on a set of 4 tires. The facility was very clean and a big size lobby for customers. Found this deal on facebook marketplace and drove one hour from Cleveland area to get it. Took my 2023 silverado rst in to get a 6in lift and new wheels and tires , my salesman Don was friendly , informative and overall just made the process trouble and pain free. I took my 2018 f150 to get a level kit and tires put on, 1st time they let me know my struts were leaking prior to install so i was able to get the replaced before instead of having to do the work twice. But once i got it in to have the work done, it not only was done faster than the quoted time, but looked great after the install. I worked with Don and he went above and beyond to take care of me, easiest 5 star review.

I have been using B&R Tires for about six or seven years. I have three company vehicles that we put a lot of miles on each year and two personal vehicles. The staff behind the counters and in the bays as well as the owner are always helpful, gracious, happy, and professional. I have purchased ten to twelve full sets of tires (that means four tires) and several sets of rims. I have been happy with all of them. I have also been to four other tires dealers including all the local and multilocation shops; they just do not compare to B&R. I trust the advice they give me about the type of tires I am interested in purchasing, warranties, and cost. They have competitive prices that are either the same or better than the others. When it comes down to it, I have built a relationship with them, and that counts to me. Ron is lucky to have the guys that work for him every day.
